To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Bookmark咗呢間好耐，雖然今日落大雨，但見到南豐紗廠有bagel節，買完bagel就去附近搵嘢食，見到呢間有勁多好評，即管試吓~初見香草吉列牛🐮男朋友揀咗店舖最signature嘅一款，梗係要試吓，係幾打卡able，每一嚿牛肉都有香草包住，肉質都好易咬開，又唔會太肥👍🏻野菜豆腐鍋而我自己就揀咗味噌湯底嘅椰菜豆腐鍋，材料有白菜、金菇、豆腐、雜菇，芋絲等等～另外+$8轉咗讚岐烏冬。味道偏向淡味，適合注重健康人士😊
