To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去開觀塘會搵台灣好嘢食、攞返個偽旅行感覺，KT都未必成日塞車嘅壹.01芒果魯肉飯> 芒果同魯肉飯兩樣嘢好似大纜都扯唔埋、一齊食個味會係點？首先我係芒果嘅擁躉，當油潤嘅魯肉遇上清甜芒果粒有助中和肥膩感、鹹鹹甜甜仲有椰菜蔥花等個味道其實ok，個人覺得飯嘅口感較濕軟、可能汁多嘅關係。魯肉、飯和芒果份量足係抵食，如果喺觀塘返工嚟食lunch、放工晚餐或叫外賣唔錯邪惡蛋之戀 > 新鮮上枱時食個蛋皮仲係脆脆哋質感較厚、肉鬆味道香濃，有時喺外面食到啲芋泥會較淡口，今次食嘅芋味存在感強、口感算香滑，當中夾雜芋粒加強質感台灣夜市小食拼盤> 去親台灣夜市唔少得掃吓街食腸仔炸雞。揀呢個拼盤就一次過滿足晒3個願望，佢有齊台灣腸、鹽酥雞和花枝丸，蜜汁腸仔駛講係又甜又爆脆，鹽酥雞細細粒個量幾多，酥香花枝丸內真係有彈牙墨魚粒雙檸冬瓜茶> 本來好想飲佢哋嘅手作芋頭鮮奶，無奈果日真係熱到呢...最終揀咗呢杯冬瓜茶、飲落清涼消暑，篤多幾下啲檸檬會無咁甜
