好多時候我地都話要懷緬一下舊式嘅餐廳,其實講真,說到底就係盲目跟蹤大眾嘅吹捧。喺未懷緬之前,又真係有幾多人因為之前去過所以覺得唔捨得嘅呢。我認為與其抱住懷緬作口號,不如睇下呢啲餐廳係咪真係做到佢本來應該有質素,汰弱留強,跟住時代步伐,去不停改良經營模式,似乎比墨守成規更加好。 我鍾意去重慶大廈食印度菜,因為真係好多印度人去食,同樣地,就係因為真係有好多印尼人,令到我對呢度特別有信心。我冇去過佢地既舊餐廳,但係呢一間新開既,令我印象深刻。 🍖黑白多士夾住咖央多,外表好靚,所以我當然要攞起手機影,店員過左一陣就提示,要趁熱先好食。果然就係因為熱度,將裡面嘅牛油溶化,配合埋咖央醬,我揀嘅前菜揀得真係好。hehe 🍖東南亞嘅菜式,用上椰漿去處理食材喺非常普遍嘅事,但係一般會用來做醬汁,所以會配上飯麵。我見佢餐牌上特別寫明哩個係一個laksa湯,咁就變得有意思,即係佢變成主角, 唔再係配料,咁我就要更加認真去看待佢。果然,因為佢用左好多海鮮,所以湯底真係特別鮮甜,而呢個湯底,又調番轉帶返出海鮮嘅鮮味。不得不提嘅係上面嘅芽菜,都因為哩個湯底,變得非常好味。哩度又見到另外一個細心位,佢嘅大蝦應該係用

🍖最後係甜品,芒果珍多雪糕冰,軟綿綿嘅沙冰加上QQ既珍多,同埋糖漬咗嘅芒果,仲要大大個既椰子雪糕,口感豐富有多層次。

🍺飲品叫做清.島風,隨便播放著一啲熱帶風情嘅輕音樂,雖然呢幾日喺有啲凍,但係飲住黎一杯用左好幾種清新材料做嘅梳打,仍然係覺得身心放鬆。

✨️因為佢地係樓上鋪,價格定位都唔需要太進取,簡單裝修又配合咗老餐廳帶過黎既舊裝飾。我又係網上睇到一啲報導,佢哋用家庭式經營,其中包括真係家庭成員,同埋非家庭成員,但係親如家人嘅員工,上下一心嘅經營就可以做到心無旁騖提供做到最好嘅食物。我嘅親身感受係,佢哋唔會好親切咁樣服務你,但係你會從佢地嘅細節位,感受到佢地既誠意。呢種低調但誠懇,我覺得就係佢地可以延續薪火相傳既重點。
