豬肋骨肉質鮮嫩,輕輕一拉就骨肉分離。醬汁酸甜可口,同搭豬肋骨非常夾。

🍚午餐仲可以加$10轉金貝飯。入口充滿椰汁同香料既香味,飯粒非常飽滿

🥗加多加多沙律
沙律份量十足,有青瓜、豆角、椰菜、薯仔同雞蛋等等。配埋香濃既醬汁,愈食愈想食

🍧峇里堂街頭珍多冰冰
珍多冰冰用料足,有大樹菠蘿、紅豆同珍多,底下既刨冰係用椰汁做成,入口有濃濃既椰子香味,配上香濃幼滑既椰子雪糕椰汁,為珍多冰錦上添花

朋友說看網上食評好像不錯,所以就三個人相約佐敦一次去吃這一間挺有名的印尼菜。剛好這天下大雨,所以等候的人不算多,不過因為會算入坐時間,所以等所有人到齊才入坐。餐廳坐位不算多,而且門口位置只能站幾個人,如果等候的人多,可能要在樓下等。Iga Babi Full 峇里式惹味豬肋全骨豬肋骨比看起來肉質較好,而且很久沒有吃到有豬肉香味而不騷的豬排骨,醬料也十分下飯。Rendang Sapi巴東牛肉巴東牛肉是必點的招牌菜,醬汁香甜醬辣,香料的味道濃厚突出。Gado Gado 加多加多沙律加多加多是為了多吃青菜所以點的,當中用菜的種類好像平常吃的印尼菜多,菜絲也比較細。Ikan Goreng Bali 峇里參醬原條煎魚甜辣的煎魚好吃,平來以為煎魚會很乾,但魚肉夠厚,皮煎得香脆。

花生醬份量不夠,醬味道不夠香濃,或因此令沙律味道不足,如果多些花生醬和味道香濃些或會更好。
The salad contains asparagus beans, eggs, cucumber and potatoes with peanut butter.
The portion of the peanut butter is not enough and spicy enough that makes the salad tastes bit plain.
It would be better if it is more spicy with more peanut butter added.

🥢印尼特色炒飯 Nasi Goreng Special ($95)
The flavor is ok but feeling so so as it has limited ingredient. E.g. shrimp, mixed vegetables, shrimp cracker, cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber. However, there is no sunny side-up or skewer. We can't feel 'special' as expected. A bit disappointing.
I don't mind pay more for a better Nasi Goreng with more ingredient as I love Nasi Goreng actually.
味道可以的,炒飯內有蝦和雜豆,配有蝦片,車厘茄和青瓜片,但沒有太陽蛋和串燒,感覺不到甚麼特色,有點失望。
個人本身喜歡印尼炒飯,所以期望炒飯會豐富一些,也不會介意俾多少少錢的。


🥢總括來說,這家餐廳做的菜給人有種家庭式的感覺,不會華而不實,也比較實際吧。不要期望有甚麼服務 (沒有加一服務費) 但食物算對得起這個價錢。
In general, the food served in the restaurant is quite family-style, not flashy.
Don't expect any service here but the food is worth the price.

🍖最後係甜品,芒果珍多雪糕冰,軟綿綿嘅沙冰加上QQ既珍多,同埋糖漬咗嘅芒果,仲要大大個既椰子雪糕,口感豐富有多層次。

🍺飲品叫做清.島風,隨便播放著一啲熱帶風情嘅輕音樂,雖然呢幾日喺有啲凍,但係飲住黎一杯用左好幾種清新材料做嘅梳打,仍然係覺得身心放鬆。

✨️因為佢地係樓上鋪,價格定位都唔需要太進取,簡單裝修又配合咗老餐廳帶過黎既舊裝飾。我又係網上睇到一啲報導,佢哋用家庭式經營,其中包括真係家庭成員,同埋非家庭成員,但係親如家人嘅員工,上下一心嘅經營就可以做到心無旁騖提供做到最好嘅食物。我嘅親身感受係,佢哋唔會好親切咁樣服務你,但係你會從佢地嘅細節位,感受到佢地既誠意。呢種低調但誠懇,我覺得就係佢地可以延續薪火相傳既重點。
