Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都沒去鴻星飲茶，難得今日到附近，便和家人一起到這裡飲茶。我們點了「蟹肉菜苗餃」，「黑椒牛肚」，「蝦腸粉」，「蒜頭蒸排骨」，「皮蛋酥」，「Q版流心奶黃飽」，「醬汁蒸鳳爪」，和「蒸牛肉球」。我想講個蒸排骨，好好食😋！讚！而個「蟹肉菜苗餃」的餡，好好食！唯一不好是「個餃皮」，水份太多，軟身都不得了。。。但，味道是ok!至於皮蛋酥，我覺得不算太甜，都可以接受，只係我個人本身不是太喜歡食皮蛋酥而已。黑椒牛肚，都好「林」，好入味。好食！底部的蘿蔔都ok! 不錯👌！蒸牛肉球都是正常。不過，個蒸鳳爪，我便覺得個皮不夠「林」身，但味道是可以的，只係質感差一點。但都算好食！流心奶黃飽外觀很可愛！內裡都算是「流心」。不過個飽的質感，如果可以再鬆軟一點會更好吧！鴻星的食物都算keep 到。下次會再嚟！😊

我想講個蒸排骨，好好食😋！讚！
