To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友揀左呢間食飯，貪佢個位較僻，應該唔使點同人爭位，傾計又舒服D。估唔到佢除左環境舒服，連食物質素都俾到我驚喜。特別係個輕煎北海道帶子黑松露飯，全晚最好食就係呢個飯，值得推薦！黎緊一定要再去多次食多次呢個飯！但拉麵湯底同明太子雞翼有待改善！服務則相當周到，我仲睇到佢地放伴碟非常細心，值得一讚。
