和牛以「一頭牛」的方式採購,因此供應各種牛肉部位的同時,亦包括稀有部位。

翻查資料方知道,桜花農場每年只限量出產約100頭桜花牛,以往只作內銷,相當矜貴,據報道,每個月有2頭運到香港店,因此每位$998的放題,可以任點櫻花牛肉實在物有所值!
