To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Took advantage of the opportunity to eat a great assortment of seafood at the JW Cafe before the most recent government restrictions fell into place. Aside from the seafood pictured, there were many other great dishes like abalone and fish belly or prime rib!Will definitely try to go again once the pandemic calms down.Service could have been better though - unfortunately the downside of hotel restaurants are "sometimes" if you don't dress like an office worker or they recognize that you're stayi

Will definitely try to go again once the pandemic calms down.

Service could have been better though - unfortunately the downside of hotel restaurants are "sometimes" if you don't dress like an office worker or they recognize that you're staying at the hotel it feels like they're profiling you.
