To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳裝修幾有情調，位置闊落，員工都幾nice😗我地叫左個一人餐加個Pizza😬前菜有油浸蕃茄沙律同是日餐湯，個沙律好fresh ，仲有紅菜頭同橄欖，幾特別🤪小食就有啱啱炸起嘅薯條，佢係連皮嘅粗薯條，幾啱我口味👍🏻主食就揀左煙三文魚焗蝴蝶粉同黑松露鮮野菌薄餅🍕個蝴蝶粉賣相吸引，每一啖都好 creamy同有滿滿嘅三文魚碎🤤 個黑松露薄餅比我預期嘅更加好食，一拎出嚟陣黑松露味好香，仲有大量嘅芝士，個餅底係薄批，好脆🫶🏻一人餐仲有會個甜品，我去嗰日係紅豆抹茶布丁，唔會太甜，布丁口感幾Q👍🏻
