The chef would hand-cure the Iberico ham from the giant aged pig leg placed in the middle of the dining hall - what a tempting process to look at! The ham is sweet and salty, with an undertone of roasted nuts.

The tomato bread is a traditional Spanish dish. Diners first have to rub the toasted bread with fresh garlic and ripe tomato🍅, then drizzle it with olive oil and salt.

The ham croquettes are fried to perfection with a crunchy crust and a cheesy center🧀.
