之前去開中環食蛇王芬,這店在沙田開了間 四季芬芳 ,款式都不少仲有我最愛 蛇羹 當然同朋友去試一試蛇王芬特色蛇羹套餐,比散叫平少少,等了約10分鐘來到 花膠蛇羹 ,入面有不少蛇肉,調味做得不錯不會太濃,當然仲要配脆卜卜一齊食最正配 生炒臘味糯米飯 , 糯米飯 幾淋身軟熟帶口感,加了臘腸碎幾香,另加臘腸肥瘦都剛好幾好食見到有燉湯勁開心,當然叫一個 雪梨沙參玉竹燉老鴨 ,見到材料都幾足,加了老鴨令到味道濃郁不少,但到飲到藥材的香味大澳蝦乾粉絲什菜煲,加了蝦乾令到整個菜都好好食,好香,而且粉絲入晒味加分,仲有不少菜和菇,沒想到煲仔細細都放到不少食物原味小籠包,每人一粒剛好,醋這樣上菜都幾特別,入面都幾多湯汁而且肉不少豬扒擔擔麵 ,麵份量比心目中多,不太辣但幾香,豬扒厚切味道正常

原味小籠包,每人一粒剛好,醋這樣上菜都幾特別,入面都幾多湯汁而且肉不少


豬扒擔擔麵 ,麵份量比心目中多,不太辣但幾香,豬扒厚切味道正常

其實食嘅嘢唔差,不過樓面真心垃圾。比壺攤凍咗嘅茶,碗麵個邊全部都係油,換壺熱茶轉頭唔見咗,比錢係咁依一句多謝晒都無,我唔係要90度鞠躬啊,不過一句多謝唔係好難姐;Lunch time有吉枱都估到有啲嘢有問題,只係無諗過係衰service。花雕雞都算好食,雞有索夠味;臘腸卷可以唔使叫,一般;呢個價錢食嘅嘢其實無乜問題,但係要收「加一服務費」嘅話,我唔想比囉。完。P.S.蟹膏撈麵幾好食,只要你接受到無服務可言

別以為這是普通的帶子餃! 這是拌了太子參粉的太子參帶子, 太子參粉性平兼益氣健脾, 帶微微甘味, 吃來很夾.     吃過以上菜式, 已經很飽了, 但也得試試橙皮蓉柑桔, 造型可愛, 而且味道認真不錯, 以豬肉和咸柑桔為餡料, 而包皮更混入橙皮蓉, 以生煎包的方法去做, 好開胃.

蛇王芬特色蛇羹套餐: 包括有花膠太史蛇羹+生炒臘味糯米飯
蛇羮不愧該店嘅招牌菜,材料豐富有蛇絲、花膠絲、筍絲、雞肉絲、瘦肉絲、冬菇絲木耳絲等。伴上薄脆、白菊、生菜絲,入口清甜有層次夠味!
生炒糯米飯粒粒晶瑩分明,色澤均勻,再加上香噴噴嘅臘腸粒、潤腸粒同花生,入口香口軟糯!

每粒都插住一枝裝有醋的膠管,因個人喜好酸度而吱出, 小籠包皮薄餡料足有湯汁,再加上吱入嘅醋更提升了味道。

酸菜石斑魚:
酸菜魚可揀辣同唔辣,石斑魚肉每件都切得厚身大大件又冇骨,入口嫩滑得來又帶少少爽口,非常新鮮,酸菜酸爽,配菜還有本菇、秀珍菇同芋絲吸湯汁好惹味!
