We thought, “she so actively offers to serve us, deserves a thumbs up” while the next moment when she literally shoved Marinated Chicken onto the grill ALL AT ONCE and left them looking gross, we realized she was only wanting us to speed up and leave the table for the next round of diners.
And I wouldn’t forget to mention how the waitress was answering so bluntly to my dad’s question on whether the slice of mushroom could still be eaten after being used to soak up excess oil. Come on, everyone knew he wasn’t serious. And if it happens that a person indeed knows little about Korean cuisine, she has the duty to explain rather than to make him/her upset and sound stupid.

Anyway, we also had the very tender Braised Short Ribs and Spicy Tofu and Seafood Stew that were as well in the set, and added Chilled Buckwheat Noodles (HK$98) for extra. Truly speaking, Han Song did a fairly nice job on the dishes as how Openrice ratings reflect, and are some of the better ones among the many local Korean restaurants. To comment in general, meats were appropriately seasoned and cooked while the noodles was fine but not outstanding.
What was worse, nearing 8pm while we actually still had the time to finish off and cut the cake, another impolite waitress already parked a dish-collecting cart to the side of our table and started cleaning up the dishes. We’re like… hello??? We’re still here… The thing is, it's fine if you collect the dishes but not in this almost threatening way. This obviously explains why I give "hygiene" a low rate too.
Fine, we tried to tolerate it and asked the Korean-like waitress to lend us a knife and guess what, she brought us a CHEF’S KNIFE, claiming there are no smaller ones available in the entire restaurant. We were in complete shock.
Nice food, however, I really won’t give a damn due to its horrifying services — a mix of rudeness and dishonesty (read Suppl. Info below). I’m in fact not the first person to complain about this.
Other Info. : Since we were full after all the dishes, we only had less than half of the birthday cake and I carefully put the rest back into the box and then into the paper bag, but then we were too tired and had forgotten about it. We ran back to it after crossing a street, which was no more than 5 minutes. What happened was it took a while for the waitress to bring the paper bag out from the kitchen, and she coyly told us that it was placed “somewhere at the back and not thrown away to the bin”. I was fairly sure that they intentionally tried to keep it for their own after-work treats. I've summed up the clues that suggest people there were dishonest: 1. A waitress continued cleaning up our table while we left; 2. Another waitress stood just nearby (like a guard) and ready to greet another round of diners; 3. It was a bright orange paper bag and if they must have seen it; 4. It’s obvious if I didn’t need the cake anymore I wouldn’t have put it back in place so neatly, given that they actually watched me (again, like guards); 5. There were three clean creases on the bag and the catalogue that I placed on top of the box earlier was gone. By the way, they have my number since I booked the table through the phone and should have given me a call to clarify.

已經一段時間沒有來韓松了,之前因為偶然機會,一年內吃了多次,不過婚後要節省荷包,所以沒有機會重臨。直至我們買了這店的團購現金券,趁著一次出外機會,我和太太一齊去韓松吃晚飯。可能是團購券快到期的關係,等的人特別多,差不多要等一小時半才能入座。我們也早有準備,先在旺角吃了一些小吃「頂肚」。店內似乎曾經裝修過,在中間的大雪櫃沒有了,反而是多了數張枱。點了馳名的王牛排加炸醬麵,送上六道配菜伴吃,及每人一碟洋葱醬油。不過之前去這店時,燒烤是有淮鹽麻油奉上的,現在卻沒有了。王牛排先前已醃過,故此肉汁豐富,而侍應又會幫手燒好和剪成小件給我倆吃。一向吃的是炸醬麵,多是港式或京式的,韓式的就未曾吃過,今次可謂大開眼界!整碗麵有很多黑色醬料,烏黑色的甜肉醬帶來很濃的口感。始終韓國菜的消費水位較貴,未必能夠時刻有機會吃,不過今次都算很滿意的了。

我建議真的不要叫….因為實在太恐怖

真的是….有點失望!! 我應該不會再點這個了XD

而且又沒有什麼的調味著色 就是剛切出來的一片
但經過燒烤之後 五花腩吃起來是超好吃的

朋友生日話想吃韓燒烤肉,於是上openrice search 到這間韓松,見評價不俗,所以試下。我們點了王牛排,厚切五花腩肉,牛舌用來烤,再伴以蔬菜包。然後點了韓式炒粉絲及海鮮蔥花餅。先來例牌的韓式前菜,有兩味泡菜及醃番薯,麻麻地但又未致於最難食,係唔夠香。芽菜及菜就不過不失,還可。韓式炒粉絲一般。欠缺些什麼似的,總是不夠香。海鲜蔥花餅係我有生之年吃過最難吃的,同吃煎淨粉餅無分别。王牛排的醃料怪怪的,肉質似經過鬆肉處理,亦無牛味。五花腩肉質硬而不香,牛舌更不願致評。總括而言,平均之下但又未到最差之作,响香港更差的我都食過,不過以此等價錢去食此等低質素的食材,不值。突然使我特別掛念韓國當地的小店。

海鲜蔥花餅係我有生之年吃過最難吃的,同吃煎淨粉餅無分别。

王牛排的醃料怪怪的,肉質似經過鬆肉處理,亦無牛味。

五花腩肉質硬而不香,牛舌更不願致評。

總括而言,平均之下但又未到最差之作,响香港更差的我都食過,不過以此等價錢去食此等低質素的食材,不值。
突然使我特別掛念韓國當地的小店。

己經好肚餓了,一路行,一路找地方進膳。最後,找到這間韓式餐廳。通常韓國菜會提供韓小碟,四個人,點了四個菜,只有六個韓小碟,太少了。晚上,這間餐廳都幾爆滿。原本以為一定非常好味道,但只是不過不失! 夠香脆,有很濃泡菜味。一個字正 除了辣,就只有辣;一點也不惹味 這客石頭飯,份量算少;味道只是一般 五花腩算幾好,有口感。雖然比不上首爾仁寺洞那間;但已經算好好。之前在香港食過一些好差。

有日, 友人嚷著要吃韓燒, 在我腦海入面的尖沙咀區, 沒有太多選擇。我可以選老氣橫抽的金巴利一帶老韓國店; 我可以選排著長龍的韓國街小店; 又可選名店如阿里朗, 新羅寶等。可是, 以上的我都沒有選, 因為我知道這裡比這些來得抵而好, 因為上次朋友們在此勁開葡萄酒時, 我嚐過。結果, 沒有多想, 就二人來這裡放個火吧!! 到達時大概是晚上八時, 頭輪人士都吃得如火如荼, 我們卻在這時到埗, 門外企著六至八人。他們都是在等位, 不過幸好沒多久人們陸續的結帳離開, 只十五分鐘就有我們的位置。入餐廳之前已看到一個二人餐吧, 不過經過我們計算, 亦減我們不必要的湯水, 我們發覺散叫竟然比套餐更抵及更有靈活性。於是我們二話不說, 就來一個散點。王牛排, 差不多等於這裡的必吃之物, 每一檯皆有王牛排。這是一條完整的牛肋肉切成條狀卷起。將可鍋加熱之後, 然後將完整的一條牛肋肉拆開炸熟。原條直條的牛肋肉將肉汁保持, 而且牛肋肉位置甜美而質感淋滑, 就如牛仔骨肉一般, 不過他們的切法更立體, 更肉質分解更仔細。近肉部分稍有筋而硬, 不過整體肉汁與質感是絕對滿意。然而, 這樣的牛肉卻不適宜太過生, 因為生

近肉部分稍有筋而硬, 不過整體肉汁與質感是絕對滿意。然而, 這樣的牛肉卻不適宜太過生, 因為生的牛質感雖然滑, 但是多了一分韌的拉力; 可是熟一點的話概不會老, 又可有軟滑效果。

要吃韓燒, 少不免有前菜。這裡的一系前菜大約有六款左右, 除Kimchi外, 還有大豆芽, 涼芥菜, 冷菠菜, 銀魚仔乾, 辣豆腐等。調味味道只屬一般。大豆芽, 菠菜味淡, 但亦不多原料的香味。銀魚仔有點硬, 而泡菜則偏鹹。

這裡的泡菜只是很一般的水平, 然而原來泡菜也有不同。當然, 平時泡菜用的津白大白菜, 也有其他的如白菜, 蘿蔔等。不過最好食的還是生醃的生Kimchi, 就我吃過的, 以堪富利是道錦城最好吃, 津白的彈性與醃料的鮮味平衡最好。

而友人嚷著要吃韓國菜的原因, 主菜就是想吃韓式的石鍋飯。石鍋飯利用鍋中僅有的熱力, 將飯粒烘乾, 而將醬汁以熱力逼入飯中。而一般情況石鍋在放上一段時間後就會加入韓式辣面豉醬, 而今次卻要求餐廳加多一點, 令辣味更加濃郁。

綞辣面豉醬混合之後, 飯色明顯變成了橙紅色, 而這裡的辣面豉醬卻比一般的韓式面醬少一點鹹, 多一點辣。所以吃下來更覺惹味, 辣度香氣更好, 亦沒有強味精般的鹹味。不過不太好辣的朋友要當心過辣吃不進吧, 我自問也算不錯呀!! 可是唯一的問題在於拌飯的朋友太過心急, 我喜歡比放長一點時間, 讓石鍋入面結成窩巴, 然後才加入辣面醬, 飯的質感來得更脆口好吃。雖然辣味濃郁, 但是配料牛肉與菠菜味道也能吃得到, 而且還有其他蛋, 紅蘿蔔絲, 大豆芽也可一一在口中兌現。

最後一個是辣味豬肉, 吃過之前的辣, 這個也算不上什麼。只是將韓式辣面豉醬用來醃製一口口的豬肉片而已。老實說, 如果你輕輕翻過血肉模糊的生肉碟, 你不難發覺其實豬肉片是十分的細碎, 只是那些面醬感覺地將之連在一起而已。而另一邊來說, 豬肉經由面醬醃過後在鐵板加熱, 因為水份被抽乾, 所以豬肉顯得有點過鹹。但是肉質還是淋得可以, 而且惹味程度不低, 相信如果伴以白飯的話這個會是很不錯的。

整體來說, 這裡食物的水平絕對不差, 而且在尖沙咀地帶同區對手, 論質量, 論性價比都比很多的好。問題只是在於服務人員的表情與態度, 有時可能做得麻木了, 語氣變得不甚好, 而且表情不寬容中帶有疲態。可是倒茶上菜這籌小動作卻算是做得夠足, 而亦沒有極差的反應。其他的東西, 基本上在人客逐漸少的情況下, 卻可漸漸出現好轉。

兩條手掌長的五花腩先上桌, 沒有醃製原汁原味. 豬皮咬不開, 包著蔬菜吃情況更壞. 菜散了肉仍然存在...
沾醬汁吃效果不錯.
上豬頸肉
也是沒有醃過, 但因為size小, 可以跟蔬菜一口吃下. 用蔬果時就可沾微甜豆板醬, 很好吃~
醃雞肉
用甜醬醃過, 煎到深啡色雞味突出! 再沾上醬汁吃~ 肉汁多, 百吃不厭!
醃豬肉
這是用辣醬醃成鮮紅色, 起初不知道是豬肉呢~~
豬肉要煎久一點, 但其實醃料太多看不多熟訪與否....香料味重, 也較辣.
石頭鍋飯 (牛)
吃了一碗也吃不到牛, 以為是普通石頭飯. 上桌時侍應是即時攪伴, 飯焦香, 放了一段時間品嚐還是暖烘烘.
牛肋骨湯
必點湯類, 一粒粒的牛肋骨肉味重, 配料有紅棗對女士們有益.
海鮮蔥花餅
必點食品! 份量蠻多, 吃到魷魚絲的鮮, 韮菜香, 另有香蔥, 辣椒等.
韓式辣炒年糕
整碟紅色的炒年糕, 連菜同年糕都看不清~ 年糕很難炒, 經常未熟. 這個不錯, 辣中帶甜. 洋蔥, 椰菜等切絲, 跟辣醬融為一體. 旁邊放了雞蛋一枚, 不知怎的特別好吃~
蔬菜包
除了紫蘇葉大敵外, 生菜, 青瓜條, 大蒜都洗得乾淨新鮮, 只要沾上豆板醬就很美味.
王牛排
吃了整個套餐才發現沒有牛, 於是單點了王小排. 貴價點是王小排是連骨上的肉排, 一圈一圈的打開, 整條放在煎盤上煎到7-8成上碟. 牛肉汁不但多, 即使火力去到十成熟也感保留肉汁而不乾.

My friends and I went there because it is a good restaurant. Well, these friends are Korean and they are picky with food, but when they tell you they like the place and it is authentic, then, that adds some weight to their argument.

On a mild summer day, we decided to have food and drinks there and the palce did not disappoint. The restaurant has 2 levels and we strongly suggest you book for the top floor area. It has great lighting and comfy seats, although the waitresses may not be very responsive. Still, nothing to complain about as it is all in good order and the service is at worst, good.

We started off with some pork belly and beef ribs. They were exquisite - fresh , tender , juicy and well, you know that most imported meat are always frozenin the cargo's cold store although they are considered 'fresh'? Well, the pork and beef, we had, were properly defrost before we got them because they were not solid and could just be placed on the bbq rack immediately. The lettuce leaves we had were fresh and looked washed; the side dishes were really tasty and in ample supply too, while the Korean wine selection on the menu, although not extensive, would give you a fair headache for your preferred one. Mind you, they also have beers and plenty of them!

After we had a nice bbq-ed meat and bbq-ed kimchi, my friends recommended us to try the soup. That was equally nice and although it won't help with digestion, it certainly helped tuck in all the bbq gulped in.

其實早幾年呢間餐廳新開既時候已經去過食飯,當時對佢既印像唔差,估唔到時隔幾年再去幫趁,可能紅左旺左,服務真係差到無朋友!早個幾禮拜打電話去訂位訂7點,臨收線同我講左句 ︰ 坦白講如果唔係生日既朋友揀呢間餐廳我當時一定會cancel booking揀過第二間!大佬唔係放題任食,限時一個半鐘我真係接受唔到!韓國餐館唔係得佢一間,同朋友聚餐梗係唔想趕頭趕命咁食啦!今日我同一個朋友準7點去到,但因為落大雨另一個朋友塞車遲到,咁我地2個唸住叫個湯飲住先,所以先叫左個人蔘雞湯,個湯有成隻雞向入面架,雖然係好細隻,但人蔘雞湯無人蔘味亦都無雞味,我真係唔係好明點解可以用一隻雞煮出一窩無雞味既雞湯,就算係食啲雞肉都係淡到雞味近乎零。。。。真係重衰過嗰啲$128任食韓燒任飲既人蔘雞湯!7點20分塞車既朋友到左,叫左個女仔埋黎落單,我朋友先問左句︰,個女仔黑口黑面好不屑咁答︰,態度差到呢。。。。我忍唔住指一指佢面前個雞湯話︰,個女仔用眼尾喵一喵個湯,繼續黑口黑面好唔耐煩咁問︰。大佬我有錢比架,我唔係黎乞架 之后叫多左1個王牛排,1個燜牛肋骨,1個韓式生牛肉,1個韓式炒粉絲,除左個人蔘雞湯

7點20分塞車既朋友到左,叫左個女仔埋黎落單,我朋友先問左句︰[可唔可以上左啲前菜比我地先],個女仔黑口黑面好不屑咁答︰[落左單咪比你地囉],態度差到呢。。。。我忍唔住指一指佢面前個雞湯話︰[我頭先落左單叫左個雞湯喎],個女仔用眼尾喵一喵個湯,繼續黑口黑面好唔耐煩咁問︰[咁你地而家落唔落單丫?]。大佬我有錢比架,我唔係黎乞架


之后叫多左1個王牛排,1個燜牛肋骨,1個韓式生牛肉,1個韓式炒粉絲,除左個人蔘雞湯之外,其它幾樣食物雖然唔算好出色但都算及格。

準8:30拎張單埋黎,8:33找完錢見我地重食緊,態度極差咁同我地講︰[唔該你地快啲食完夠鐘交枱!]


呢間唔係我食過最平亦唔係最貴既一間韓國菜館,但肯定係我食過既餐廳入面服務最差既一間,因為唔係單一個侍應差,係接觸到既幾個,包括傳菜、突然幫我地將啲食物放落镬燒既,除左其中一個擬似韓國女仔之外,個個都黑口黑面態度奇差!
