今晚食員工晚宴自助餐。公司選址去香港逸東酒店地舖個間普慶餐廳。我個人第一次去呢間食自助餐。重要係地庫。一入到去,好似去咗泰國或馬來亞夜巿。因為燈光主色調為橙紅及黃。有種蘭桂坊酒吧街感覺。星期一至四晚餐,成人$658,小童長者$478。依家好多自助餐廳,只要出示樂悠咭,就可以享用長者優惠。單單看個Buffet Line,美食檔放置在不同區域餐桌。即不是單一條 Buffet Line。而是放置成 Food Court。依地理環境,個人認為前身係美食廣場。美食區有分酒吧、海鮮、中式、西式、泰式、印式、港式、日式、素食及甜品。我個人食自助餐,都要遵守三大原則:不要拿過多美食,浪費食物。每次拿一個國藉美食。食出該國美食原味。食自助餐前不要進食,以免自己吃不下自助餐美食。飲品方面,我個人係酒吧區點咗楊枝甘露。有芒果味帶點蘋果味。第一碟冷盤。我個人揀咗手撕雞、泰式無骨鳳爪及腐竹海帶。手撕雞肉質香滑。無骨鳳爪及腐竹海帶入口清新。夏天第一道菜係凍食有開胃感覺。第二碟全海鮮。我個人因為腸胃好敏感,不宜食生蠔。但餐廳無熟蠔。只好同師父講不要生蠔。全盤海鮮用冰鎮上。食落好清涼。鮮蝦肉質肥美。長腳蟹肉帶甜。全部海鮮屬上等食材。第三道係靚湯上場。杏汁豬肺湯加蕃茄湯。豬肺湯清甜帶好重杏仁味。飲落好暖身。蕃茄湯個湯底太厚、太濃。麻麻地好飲。第四碟係日式熟食。我個人揀咗天婦羅、烤東菇、串燒雞翼、炸蝦餅。天婦羅即炸即食。全部炸物金黃色。單睇賣相滿份。烤東菇好鮮甜。串燒雞翼及炸蝦餅肉質美味。第五碟中式。個美食檔係遼東燒味。燒味檔有油雞、燒肉、東星班、炸魷魚球。燒肉全部混入醬汁。食落滋味無窮。東星班肉質美味。炸魷魚球入口香脆。個個同事都讚個燒味檔最好。第六碟龍蝦。我只點咗半隻。好大隻。龍蝦肉好彈牙。肉質鮮嫩。但個人唔建議食一隻,因為好易飽肚。第七碟係水蟹粥。個人加入炸油條及花生。混入澳門街最有名既水蟹粥。有蟹肉味又有花生油條味道。多重美味。第八碟係東南亞美食。我個人點咗印度薄餅加泰式炸魚餅。兩者都係帶有異國風情味。第九碟係雪糕。我自取pancake,再要求師父抽奬式替我加兩款雪糕球。自已再DIY。熱食pancake 混加凍食雪糕。又要親熱食又要親凍食。一凍一熱,口感好特別。朱古力及士多啤梨味雪糕都好好味。第十碟係甜品。我揀咗水果、果凍及蛋糕。水果好新鮮。果凍及蛋糕好精緻。睇得出個廚師功力好深。 continue reading

平日晚餐利用快閃的買二送二優惠,平均每人$390。這個價錢食自助餐真係大癲,亦間接反映今時今日香港中高檔食肆開始做唔掂。自助餐要有嘅嘢都有,未能盡錄。由於我唔鍾意食生蠔及凍海鮮,、刺身,因而未能評價。中菜有樓下逸東軒加持,絕對不用擔心。今日係杏汁豬肺湯,顏色奶白,豬肺一舊舊任食。比起逸東軒稍稀但仍足夠香濃。燒味、海南雞一流,其他中菜包括蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子、生炒骨等亦都出色。限量片皮鴨一般,開邊蒸龍蝦亦限量供應,肉質較韌不太新鮮。黃金蟹粥極鮮美,不妨一吃。西餐的燒春雞、燒豬腩肉都出色。牛肉鮮甜稍韌。意大利雪吞、海鮮酥盒、南瓜忌廉湯等都水準以上。日式有各種天婦羅和串燒,味道中上。還有越式豬頸肉、印度咖喱、巴東牛肉等。甜品有即叫即整的雞蛋仔、十款口味的haagendazs及其他糕點。淨係食雪糕都值啦。迷你心太軟有驚喜。飲品方面,楊枝甘露很出色。服務方面,換碟速度十分快,每次去攞嘢食返嚟都已經被執好。總括嚟講,我願意俾六七百蚊食依餐,400蚊唔夠絕對物超所值,但原價就唔太值得。唔知唔喺快閃優惠嘅時間品質肉容有冇分別喇。 continue reading

普慶餐廳在週末和公眾假期都有提供下午茶自助餐 (Tea Buffet), 用餐時間為15:15 - 17:15, 兩小時。適逢復活節, Tea buffet的主題於3月23日從芝士主題轉為「肉罷不能南美洲」, 主打無限量供應巴西烤肉、南美洲國家特色美食及甜點。肉類包括牛肉、春雞、豬肉、香腸等輪流供應。小編一早在KLOOK預訂了3月29日的Tea buffet, 預先付款 $298/位免加一。小編也有預先做好功課, 知道tea buffet的海鮮選擇頗為有限, 只有海蝦和青口, 一早已經做好期望管理。Tea Buffet的餐點區域比正餐時段少, 冷盤海鮮區、日式刺身區、飲品區都沒有開放, 而本身在正餐時段供應燒味的區域則變成了飲品區, 變相連燒味也沒有提供。原本冷盤海鮮區會一拼提供Cold cut和沙律, 現在沙律區搬了去熱盤區, 變相熱盤的選擇更加少。$298/位來說, 食物的選擇確實是偏少, 不建議海鮮愛好者來吃Tea Buffet, 絕對會令人失望。至於主題食物方面, 巴西烤肉的確包括牛肉、春雞、豬肉、香腸, 但是春雞undercooked, 裡面的雞肉還是粉紅色的, 烹調時間明顯不足。小編拿的牛肉剛好是大概5成熟的部分, 本身牛肉像是沒什麼調味過, 要依靠一旁的調味料才有味道。龍蝦海鮮飯表現正常, 只是吃不到龍蝦, 和沒什麼飯焦。其他食物, 例如nachos、蕃茄螺絲粉、泰式炸豬扒都不過不失。甜點方面, 除了小蛋糕、生果、M字開頭的雪糕以前, 還有炸油條 (Churros), 一旁還有Nutella和garnish讓客人自己裝飾, 算是比較特別的一環。總括而言, 如果衝著「肉罷不能南美洲」或者海鮮而來的朋友大可不必, 但如果想找一個地方輕鬆閒聊兩小時、吃點東西的話普慶餐廳Tea Buffet確實不錯。值得一提的是侍應服務勤快、主動收盤子、非常有禮貌。 continue reading

成日都聽人講介紹呢間buffet好好食,一直都想去試,今次見到OpenRice有個預購優惠, 1500幾蚊四位,買二送二,好抵喎每人都唔使$400 ,於是就嚟試吓啦,喺OpenRice訂座,只要你想揀嘅時間訂到位就即係有位,唔知點解唔係好多人買,好容易就book到想去嗰一晚,喺OpenRice俾咗錢之後,到時直接去就得,食1830-2130。佢之前酒店已經會喺WhatsApp度send個訊息俾你提醒你去,仲問你使唔使加錢買定生日甜品, $68有拿破崙蛋糕$88有個蛋糕上面有壽桃造型,都幾靚,不過我就冇加,不過我都有喺酒店個Remark度寫咗喺生日慶祝,到最後酒店都有送咗一個小小嘅生日甜品俾我哋,呢個就估唔到嘅。講講有咩食先啦,海鮮有美國生蠔、青口、翡翠螺、蟹腳、小龍蝦,唔使攞碟,職員會直接放喺個冰桶度俾你,你話要咩,佢就會放落個冰桶度俾你,生蠔都係每人只限取兩隻,都係會放落個冰桶度俾你。美國生蠔,講真都幾腥,就算我之後已經擠咗好多檸檬汁,都係好腥,同埋明明見到個職員已經洗得好乾淨,前前後後洗晒,但係都仲有好多蠔殼碎喺入面。唔知係佢本身雪得耐,定係用個冰桶裝俾我哋嘅問題,啲海鮮普遍都雪到冇晒味,青口冇乜味,大頭蝦膏甚至腥,蝦就反而OK,而蟹腳算係最好食,唔係剩係得鹹味,有少少蟹腳嘅鮮甜,蟹腳算係可以encore,但係我哋都只係食咗呢幾隻。刺身有三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、赤蝦、八爪魚,講真冇帶子真係有啲遜色,刺身都係全部放喺冰桶度俾你。刺身方面,普遍都係冇乜味,雖然見到啲刺身切得好厚,而且三文魚算係幾肥,望落唔錯,三文魚算係比較好,其他全部都係雪到冇晒味,都係唔知係咪因為個冰桶影響啦,全部都冇乜味,而赤蝦就還好啦,都預咗係有少少腥。除咗刺身仲有啲迷你壽司,仲有迷你嘅魚生飯,都幾多選擇,另外仲有好多日式硽漬物。個自助餐主題叫得龍蝦生蠔蟹腳自助餐,龍蝦當然係另一主角啦, 6:30開始食,龍蝦係要七點先開始供應,仲要原來係7:00 7:30 8:00 8:30 ,呢四輪會出一次, 7:00攞晒,要等7:30佢再蒸好先至再有,每一輪開始之前5分鐘,就已經會有人排隊,每次大概係出兩三籠左右啦,總有人係攞唔到,而我自己就四輪都有食到。佢有兩隻味,一隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸龍蝦,一隻芝士焗龍蝦,會輪流供應,所以全晚係食咗每樣兩隻,但係其實講真未必每個人都可以食到,而且可能每個人只可以食到一隻,都係要睇你有冇出去排定隊,感覺龍蝦供應有啲少,而蒜蓉粉絲係好食過芝士焗。龍蝦好多膏好多米,幾大隻。飲品方面都唔係自己斟,係有一個叫做水吧嘅counter,行過去話你想飲咩,佢就會沖俾你,有普通嘅檸茶檸水奶茶,亦都有一堆茶包俾你揀,例如茉莉茶、綠茶、洋甘菊嗰啲,亦都有楊枝甘露、西柚汁、橙汁,店員會即刻斟俾你,每人每次攞一杯。楊枝甘露算係比較唔錯,就係白色起晒泡呢杯,幾creamy同埋幾香椰味。刺身隔離就係一個日本爐端燒counter,有燒牛肉燒秋葵燒雞翼,另外有炸番薯炸蠔炸牛肉薯餅炸芋頭,另外有鰹魚湯烏冬自己舀,配料有鳴門卷,有昆布等等。鰹魚湯唔係好濃鰹魚味,反而好勁芝麻油味,個人覺得一般,而個烏冬都好淋。最好食係燒雞翼,好脆東南亞counter,有燒豬頸肉、金邊粉、燒牛仔骨、燒烏頭魚,另一邊有紙包魚、牛腩、海鮮意大利飯、意大利雲吞,另外仲有素食區,有啲炒栗子、燒南瓜等等。豬頸肉有少少鞋,牛仔骨同埋魚都幾好食,另外紙包魚都好食。自助餐必備嘅即切牛扒counter,有即切嘅牛扒、燒春雞、脆炸豬腩卷,脆炸豬腩卷算係幾新鮮啊,平時都好似冇見過有,不過個皮有少少韌,豬腩卷偏肥。牛扒少少韌,春雞可能因為係食雞髀所以還好,另外仲有薯條可以自己夾,反而覺得薯條係最好食,另外側邊有好多調味料,可以自己揀,呢個調味料幾好,有喜馬拉雅海鹽、日本竹炭鹽、韓國海鹽,仲有好多其他醬去點啲肉,例如番茄他他、芥末醬。甜品方面都幾多選擇,有即煎pancake、有雞蛋仔、有迷你小葡撻、蘋果雪耳糖水、好多小小杯仔嘅蛋糕,雪糕有大概10個味道,movenpick,有好多切餅蛋糕,仲有2045先會出現嘅心太軟。食到八點幾,職員無啦啦每枱就會放低兩個火焰雪山,唔係每人一份,因為我哋四個人都只係得兩份,佢喺一個位度燒完,就攞過嚟,係冇睇住佢燒嘅,燒完之後有好多酒精喺個碟底,好苦,但係入面都還好,就係一舊朱古力雪糕,最下面有少少朱古力海綿蛋糕底,出面白色嗰啲有啲苦,但係如果連埋個雪糕一齊食就還好。之後店員突然送上一個生日慶祝嘅迷你小朱古力蛋糕,呢個係估唔到嘅,原來會有得送,都唔錯幾好食。總結覺得食物款式都算多,但係主打嘅海鮮同刺身都係一般,熟悉同甜品反而仲好食,另外龍蝦供應得太少,唔能夠每個人都食到,呢個就有少少差,務態度都唔錯,如果優惠每人$400左右食一食都OK,但係原價就好似有啲唔值。 continue reading
