和朋友在尖沙咀吃個午餐,今天下雨人流不多,我們決定吃點辣的直接過來12味了,這一間好像是本店?客座在一樓,空間很大,一進去就聞到一股麻辣味😁午市套餐的選擇很多,我們點了四個套餐,除了主菜,每個餐有白飯丶前菜和飲料。每次都點的麻婆豆腐,點的中辣,豆腐很嫩,和白飯一起吃一流。酸菜魚,品質很穩定出色的酸菜魚,魚肉多,滑嫩無骨,點的小辣所以基本上是不辣的。口水雞,不太辣反而面鼓的咸香味很突出,雞肉很嫩。素菜乾鍋,大部分是土豆和油墨菜,不過不失,用手機下單有少油的選擇。 continue reading

由於我同同行朋友都中意食麻辣菜,無辣不歡,試過好多間四川菜館,今次再次食幫襯開的十二味,都算係我地的心水餐廳。餐廳環境不錯,門口擺著很多紅燈籠,十分有氣氛。座位亦都很寬闊,適合一家大細或者三五知己飯聚。一如既往的菜單選擇很多,我地雖然二個人,但叫的菜式都大大碟。水煮牛肉:可以自己選辣度,辣椒香料夠晒味,牛肉唔會鞋口,連湯都好濃味,用黎撈飯一流!忍唔住叫左二碗白飯。水煮牛肉的底下仲有寬粉添,索晒湯汁,又是非常入味!辣炒肥腸:中意食肥腸既朋友真係唔好錯過,肥腸炸到脆卜卜,仲保留入面既油脂,非常之惹味!乾炒四季豆:四季豆新鮮,炒的火候足夠。是日晚餐非常滿足,如果喜歡四川菜的朋友一定要幫襯下,一定會食過返尋味! continue reading

一直是十二味愛好者的我,今次來到了尖沙咀分店,仍然是熟悉的味道,麻辣香鍋的味道,味濃香醇的酸菜魚;回味無窮的酥脆炸串;腰圓肚滿的鮮甜小龍蝦😍 雖然今次只是買外賣,但服務還是那麼熱情親切,在等外賣期間跟店員閑談,發現了原來不同門店,還有限定的隱藏菜單和派對大包房~菜式推介麻辣乾鍋: 可選大中小辣不同程度還有少鹽少油可選,滿足現代人想吃辣又稍為健康點的方法~這裏的乾鍋採用10幾種不同香料製作,在還原最道地的干鍋;每樣餸都能吸附辛香料的精華,不會很油膩、很刺激,是很溫順的辣度,吃完也不會嚴重的口乾舌燥。比較淡口味的話,這裏的蒜蓉或清炒萵筍絲也很清甜好吃😋 continue reading

好耐冇食川菜,朋友話一定要去十二味,正宗又大份🤭川式口水雞🐥辣椒紅油做醬料,食落有層次感,又麻又辣。而且雞肉嫩滑,啖啖肉,食到我地流口水,好滋味。人見人愛酸菜魚(寬粉)🐟魚湯味道好平衡,酸度、鹹味同辣味都恰到好處。魚片份量好多,食落爽滑,加埋寬粉,吸晒湯底嘅精華👍🏻經典香辣鍋鐘意食香辣川菜嘅朋友必食!我地叫咗美國肥牛、蓮藕片、土豆、金針菇同娃娃菜,好多配料,食落口感爽脆,又惹味。好啱一大班人點黎食,揀自己鐘意嘅配料~檸檬梳打&熱情果梳打🍋🍹食辣野當然要叫啲清爽嘅飲品,解渴又解膩😆 continue reading

人見人愛酸菜魚(寬粉)我哋兩個人所以叫咗個regular size,辣度我哋就揀咗小辣,我見佢另外仲有個土豪版for 3-4個人,但呢個份量係足夠兩個人食有餘,魚肉同寬粉嘅份量都好多,而且魚肉鮮嫩,寬粉又有口感同索咗啲酸辣湯汁特別好食,如果再多啲酸菜就更加好。經典香辣鍋好耐冇食過麻辣香鍋,見應該係呢度嘅招牌菜,我哋都唔執輸~ 最少要自選5款配料,我哋叫咗肥牛、蓮藕片、土豆、金針菇同埋娃娃菜,一樣都係叫咗小辣,一上菜就見到好足料好大兜,啲配料索曬啲麻辣汁,食落好惹味!川式口水雞川菜經典中嘅經典緊係要try try佢,雞肉夠嫩仲要啖啖肉,配埋辣椒油同各種香料,食到停唔到口。檸檬蘇打 & 熱情果蘇打食辣野緊係要叫返杯野飲,夠fresh同解辣,唔會特別甜不錯! continue reading
