To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排疫情咁嚴峻，有時都會買外賣返屋企食，上星期行旺角經過呢間平民價鐵板燒外賣小店，仲可以隔住小店玻璃睇到廚師即場喺大鐵板到烹調，好吸睛!🤩 一於買外賣番屋企做晚餐~😌1. 🔥鵝肝鐵板燒 ($68)鵝肝肥厚甘香，煎至外面微微焦脆，一口咬下去滿滿油香，入口即化!🤤😍 配上蘆筍和牛油脆多士，脆多士吸收哂鵝肝嘅油脂，食落好有層次感，好邪惡!!!😈😌2. 🍝鐵板炒麵 ($38)可以自選麵條、配料和醬汁，我今次選了拉麵、牛柳和一休醬油，即叫即炒，熱辣辣，好有鑊氣!😎🔥🔥拉麵炒得乾身，再加上牛柳絲、木魚絲、椰菜和冬菇絲，配上秘製一休醬油，味道有啲似燒汁，非常惹味!😋 份量都好多，幾抵食!😙👍 不過拉麵鹼水味就重咗少少🙊
