To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間店裝修幾靚，有別於一般中菜館，而且環境唔錯，同朋友聚會傾計一流。自家製臘味炒飯 $88炒飯有色澤但又唔會油既感覺，而且炒到飯粒分明，好食😋秘製咖喱雞皇飯 $88雞件好滑，咖哩汁亦唔會好辣，份量都好足夠，撈飯一流。姜汁炒芥蘭 $88芥蘭唔會炒到苦，配埋姜汁，爽脆鮮甜，正👍有營老火湯 （跟餐送）一打開個蓋，好足料，有沙參、玉竹、蟲草花、圓肉等，飲落去，好清甜。茶介 $15位有菊花，玄米茶同鐵觀音簡，我地簡左玄米茶，玄米好香。
