To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch hour落到街都覺得好凍...同事話不如試下間臘味煲仔飯~望住個餐廳名, 心諗:唔叫臘味煲仔飯都過意唔去啦~所以問左店員有咩推介之後就叫左"特色臘味煲仔飯"、"一見鍾情(海鯧魚)" 、"清蒸土豬"~我們坐係地下個層~有個落地玻璃可以望住出面~Lunch hour個陣,陽光輕輕咁曬入黎~都幾舒服清蒸土豬幾得意, 不過有層脂肪係中間, 配個豉油好好食, 我覺得個豉油好出色!雖然食唔出除左豉油仲有咩, 不過相信唔只係豉油, 應該有溝其他醬油!~"一見鍾情(海鯧魚)" 絕對係因為個名得意而叫, 條魚應該係有醃過, 因為食得出有咸味, 有D似未抽乾水的鹹魚, 質感又食得出魚肉!幾得意~重點來了~特色臘味煲仔飯~臘味有臘肉,臘腸, 臘鴨; 煲底有少少飯焦~其實食飯除左"食物"之外, 我覺得餐廳氣氛都重要; 原本以為食煲仔飯的地方都是大排檔多, 但今次呢間餐廳係行高檔路線~開壺菊花茶, 晒下太陽咁食住飯都幾寫意, 算係忙裡偷閒~埋單臨走, 見到有賣下臘味, 同事忍唔住買左包臘腸
