To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上月《香港澳門米芝蓮指南2024》名單出爐,當中不乏五星級酒店高價位餐廳,想經濟一啲品嚐榮獲米芝蓮殊榮嘅餐廳,逸東軒確實係不二之選。逸東軒位於逸東酒店B2,由地面行兩層較狹窄嘅樓梯,感覺隱蔽。餐廳裝橫古色古香,枱與枱之間非常闊落,同一般中菜廳狹窄擁擠嘅佈局大相逕庭,環境舒適愜意,好適合同親戚朋友茶聚。點心款式同普通茶樓大同小異,不過逸東軒嘅點心食材比較新派,菜名都冇咁刻板。今次我哋兩個人一共點咗5碟點心同甜品。第一碟點心係香麻叉燒酥。呢碟看似普通,但我哋兩人一致認為係五碟之中最好食。叉燒酥外皮酥脆可口,叉燒肉質鮮嫩多汁,蜜汁醬香味四溢,口感有嚼勁,係必點之選。平時食燒賣都係食魚肉燒賣多,今次就點咗籠帶子蒸燒賣。原粒帶子配燒賣冇違和感,帶子望落好有光澤,食落新鮮又爽口。之後仲點咗春風得意腸粉,出面層腸粉皮包住中間塊春卷皮再包住蝦肉,有層次口感。腸粉仲可以配搭甜醬同芝麻醬,如果蝦肉餡多啲豐富啲會更好。淡綠色嘅斑蘭流沙包外皮好柔軟,雖然斑蘭味唔算太出眾,但個個包都做到流心奶黃效果,流沙內餡亦算口感順滑,整體不過不失。最後以香芒糯米卷作結。芒果好鮮甜,芒果糖糯米嘅比例係9:1,食完唔會覺得滯。

待應嘅貼心服務亦值得一亦讚,除咗服務殷勤,主動幫客人鋪餐巾斟茶添水外,仲會好照顧每個食客。進餐途中我不為意跌咗野,待應好焦急咁主動走黎提醒,呢啲微細舉動亦都係餐廳加分位之一。
兩個人連加一總共食咗$441。以米芝蓮一星中菜廳黎講,性價比非常高,用餐環境、服務、食物都有高質素,下次會試下逸東軒嘅鑊氣小炒同片皮鴨👍
