Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 上月《香港澳門米芝蓮指南2024》名單出爐,當中不乏五星級酒店高價位餐廳,想經濟一啲品嚐榮獲米芝蓮殊榮嘅餐廳,逸東軒確實係不二之選。逸東軒位於逸東酒店B2,由地面行兩層較狹窄嘅樓梯,感覺隱蔽。餐廳裝橫古色古香,枱與枱之間非常闊落,同一般中菜廳狹窄擁擠嘅佈局大相逕庭,環境舒適愜意,好適合同親戚朋友茶聚。點心款式同普通茶樓大同小異,不過逸東軒嘅點心食材比較新派,菜名都冇咁刻板。今次我哋兩個人一共點咗5碟點心同甜品。第一碟點心係香麻叉燒酥。呢碟看似普通,但我哋兩人一致認為係五碟之中最好食。叉燒酥外皮酥脆可口,叉燒肉質鮮嫩多汁,蜜汁醬香味四溢,口感有嚼勁,係必點之選。平時食燒賣都係食魚肉燒賣多,今次就點咗籠帶子蒸燒賣。原粒帶子配燒賣冇違和感,帶子望落好有光澤,食落新鮮又爽口。之後仲點咗春風得意腸粉,出面層腸粉皮包住中間塊春卷皮再包住蝦肉,有層次口感。腸粉仲可以配搭甜醬同芝麻醬,如果蝦肉餡多啲豐富啲會更好。淡綠色嘅斑蘭流沙包外皮好柔軟,雖然斑蘭味唔算太出眾,但個個包都做到流心奶黃效果,流沙內餡亦算口感順滑,整體不過不失。最後以香芒糯米卷作結。芒果好鮮甜,芒果糖糯米嘅比例係9:1,食完唔會覺得滯。待應嘅貼心服務亦值得一亦讚,除咗服務殷勤,主動幫客人鋪餐巾斟茶添水外,仲會好照顧每個食客。進餐途中我不為意跌咗野,待應好焦急咁主動走黎提醒,呢啲微細舉動亦都係餐廳加分位之一。兩個人連加一總共食咗$441。以米芝蓮一星中菜廳黎講,性價比非常高,用餐環境、服務、食物都有高質素,下次會試下逸東軒嘅鑊氣小炒同片皮鴨👍 continue reading

逸東軒果然米芝蓮一星餐廳,以酒店平日中菜廳黎講算係多人飲。地方闊落,招呼好,食物方面就中規中矩啦😆我地叫左個二人餐加幾個點心。二人餐內每款食物都自選我地揀左👍🏻是日老火湯:今日係木瓜螺頭湯,好飲又足料👌🏻叉燒 :唔差,但無想像中咁好,因為聽講話出名,叉燒都淋但唔算好好食👍🏻脆皮乳豬鮮蟹肉炒桂花:好食,乳豬皮好脆,肉又嫩,蟹肉味就唔算好出但啲蛋炒得好香👍🏻高湯竹笙浸唐生菜:好食,啲菜好脆嫩又唔會好鹹👌🏻瑤柱崧子蛋白炒飯:正常👌🏻香芒糯米卷:正常點心方面👍🏻蘿蔔絲酥:個皮做得好,熱辣辣好新鮮👎🏻叉燒包:個包皮偏立口但夠甜,餡料味道平平,唔啱我口味👍🏻芋角:咁多樣嘢之中最好食😋因為唔多地方食到,佢外皮同個餡都好好,芋頭好香👌🏻蝦餃:偏細粒,但蝦新鮮,個皮都ok總括來說質素都ok,但唔大驚喜,食物唔算好貴,環境好,坐得舒服,不過唔鐘意暗嘅人就唔啱,因為佢係地庫無風景睇,樓底亦唔高,勝在闊落唔迫。 continue reading

上星期Happy Friday即刻去逸東軒食番個lunch🥸雖然平日但都幾多人~不過環境同service都幾舒服💆🏽‍♀️Overall係中上,唔會話好驚艷~lunch食就似係高級啲既茶樓咁而價錢其實又唔算好貴,一大班人去都幾岩~🍖𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨蜜汁叉燒拼脆皮燒腩仔 $380啲叉燒真係幾嫩,啲肉肥瘦適中燒腩仔個皮係真.脆.皮🥰唔似出面個啲放左成日已經冧曬烤鴨二食|生菜鴨崧 $780坦白講片皮個part就一般,因為啲肉有啲太多啲皮唔係好夠🥹但係加左個個鴨崧二食就真係好好食,好惹味,包住生菜食又少啲油膩感佢個麻辣撈雞絲($58)都好食!辣度岩岩好,啲雞絲超.級.嫩! continue reading

第一次到訪因為朋友想試香港的點心,環境舒適空間闊落,地點是不錯的。點心方面大部份屬於中上但沒有特別出色的。服務員和點心姨姨大致上有禮客氣,唯獨一個戴眼鏡的部長態度傲慢,語氣不耐煩。因為網上訂座的時候見到點心有優惠,但是到訪後見到餐牌價錢不一,所以才詢問價錢是否根據餐牌,雖然該員工亦有解釋公眾假期除外,但感覺他極其不耐煩。他當下的回應是「你見到餐牌梗係跟餐牌啦」直到後來餐廳差不多要午休的時段,該戴眼鏡的員工再次前來詢問我們是否用餐完畢,因為他們要執拾東西等等,我已第一時間點頭及表示已經用餐完畢,但他仍喋喋不休和表現得十分不耐煩給予我和友人的感覺是他在發脾氣。直至到我實在忍無可忍回應你執得㗎啦,該員工方正常地表示謝意及收拾。雖然食物尚可,但是這等令人費解的服務態度實在不必再次光顧。 continue reading
