To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 逸東軒果然米芝蓮一星餐廳,以酒店平日中菜廳黎講算係多人飲。地方闊落,招呼好,食物方面就中規中矩啦😆我地叫左個二人餐加幾個點心。二人餐內每款食物都自選我地揀左👍🏻是日老火湯:今日係木瓜螺頭湯,好飲又足料👌🏻叉燒 :唔差,但無想像中咁好,因為聽講話出名,叉燒都淋但唔算好好食👍🏻脆皮乳豬鮮蟹肉炒桂花:好食,乳豬皮好脆,肉又嫩,蟹肉味就唔算好出但啲蛋炒得好香👍🏻高湯竹笙浸唐生菜:好食,啲菜好脆嫩又唔會好鹹👌🏻瑤柱崧子蛋白炒飯:正常👌🏻香芒糯米卷:正常點心方面👍🏻蘿蔔絲酥:個皮做得好,熱辣辣好新鮮👎🏻叉燒包:個包皮偏立口但夠甜,餡料味道平平,唔啱我口味👍🏻芋角:咁多樣嘢之中最好食😋因為唔多地方食到,佢外皮同個餡都好好,芋頭好香👌🏻蝦餃:偏細粒,但蝦新鮮,個皮都ok總括來說質素都ok,但唔大驚喜,食物唔算好貴,環境好,坐得舒服,不過唔鐘意暗嘅人就唔啱,因為佢係地庫無風景睇,樓底亦唔高,勝在闊落唔迫。

總括來說質素都ok,但唔大驚喜,食物唔算好貴,環境好,坐得舒服,不過唔鐘意暗嘅人就唔啱,因為佢係地庫無風景睇,樓底亦唔高,勝在闊落唔迫。
