To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聞名已久的逸東軒想食好耐,終於趁週年紀念去試吓,好彩朋友提醒要book位,朝早10點打去,已經得返12:30同埋2:30有位。朋友話逸東酒店無停車場(無FC),比較近嘅停車場係油麻地多層停車場,不過去到年底就拆了😭到時可以泊邊去逸東😭講返餐廳,都用咗少少時間搵逸東軒入口,開頭以為門口係彌敦道,但原來唔係,要轉入傍邊的小路先係逸東軒入口,入到去搭𨋢落底層,唔好學我行樓梯😂轉極都未到嘅?餐廳環境好靚裝修係中國風,燈光比較暗但人好多,但又唔會好嘈。坐位舒適而且枱與枱中間非常闊,傾計都唔會怕隔離枱聽到。Waiter態度非常好,有禮之餘反應好快。一坐低覺得好凍,問waiter拎披肩佢極速就攞咗俾我先再做其他嘢,好貼心!當我地想貼糯米雞,waiter哥哥都詳細咁解釋佢地嘅糯米雞同傳統唔一樣,係煎嘅。唔想食煎嘢嘅我就改變主要了,好彩佢提一提。另外加水亦非常勤快主動,服務真的好令人滿意。食物質素好高,金沙脆豆腐非常驚喜,表面炸到脆卜卜的外層配上炸蒜,極之香口。一入口,裡面的豆腐好滑好似豆腐花咁,入口即溶,同外層脆口形成強烈對比!非常好食!推介!筍尖鮮蝦餃屬正常水平,皮不算太薄但也不算太厚,餡料豐富蝦仁

金沙脆豆腐非常驚喜,表面炸到脆卜卜的外層配上炸蒜,極之香口。一入口,裡面的豆腐好滑好似豆腐花咁,入口即溶,同外層脆口形成強烈對比!非常好食!推介!

筍尖鮮蝦餃屬正常水平,皮不算太薄但也不算太厚,餡料豐富蝦仁亦非常彈牙,配上豆板醬食好滋味

春風得意脆皮腸粉,同炸両相似但中間其實係炸春卷,炸得好脆口的中層同外面幼滑的腸粉皮有強烈對比,炸春卷中間亦有相當多餡料,口感好豐富。

叉燒酥應該係即口即炸,因為一上枱熱到噴煙,老公無留心一口咬開就燙傷少少咗咀唇,所以大家食嘅時候要小心啊!但即叫即炸真係好香口,酥係一層一層的,非常分明,裡層的叉燒亦好足料,甜甜的醬汁不會過多淹蓋了酥餅,吃多都不會太膩。

一邊食高質點心一邊歎返杯普洱茶,真係好好的享受。埋單唔使$300,性價比咁高,仲有乜可以挑剔?
