To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本打算到廟街食個煲仔飯，意外發現附近有一間主打精緻的廣式臘味煲仔飯的中菜餐廳。二人餐首先上桌的是燉湯和涼拌蓮藕，味道不過不失。然後就是期待已久的廣式臘味煲仔飯，上桌時已經見到非常足料，米飯在煲仔中經過蒸製，質地QQ彈，搭配著各種美味的臘味，如臘腸、腊肉和臘鴨，十分惹味。接著是黑松露雞煲，炒香的嫩滑雞件與黑松露完美融合，但略嫌不夠鑊氣。然而以菜式的素質來說，價格偏貴，但如果你尋找一個較為精緻和舒適的中餐體驗，也是值得一試。
