To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三色酸菜 $25有白蘿蔔紅蘿蔔和青瓜，爽脆開胃，一條接一條不自覺已吃完😆籠仔荷葉蒸土雞飯 $98帶點鹹香和荷葉香味的燴飯，雞肉彈牙，係新鮮雞，不過要小心碎骨比較多。飯粒都充滿雞鮮味，令人再三回味清蒸川味臘腸 $68臘腸切片，原來就咁食一片臘腸都唔鹹，相信係設計俾人就咁食嘅，而且呢個係川味臘腸會有少少辣，仲有配搭蒜片，夾住一齊食真係未試過，好新穎同刺激味蕾清蒸鮮醃海鯧魚 $88好特別既做法，應該係先醃左魚再清蒸，鹹鹹的但又不失鮮甜四季豆干扁雞髀菇 $88帶點辣的干扁四季豆，即炒好夠穫氣，略嫌份量比較少甜品御髮膳粥好似係紫米露加熱紅豆沙既味道，十分有飽足感
