To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

質素愈來愈差

以前覺得鴻星酒家d點心幾好食, 但近年d野食質素差左, 今次既午茶都令人有點失望~呢menu見到呢個芋頭魚賣相幾令, 好小酒樓點心有得叫, 所以叫黎食下,點知... 實物完全同圖片不符 黎到果下諗左5秒呢碟咩黎, 好彩味道都ok,裡面仲有菇, 芋頭幾粉不過唔夠多, 菇仲多過芋頭~而呢個黃金年糕原來係用椰絲包住年糕, 年糕本身已經好甜, 加埋椰絲直頭甜到漏 蝦餃就正正常常, 不過不失, 蝦肉幾爽~叉燒腸就麻麻地, 皮太厚同林, 但都有好多叉燒既~最後要讚下呢個羅宋湯腐皮卷, 配搭幾創新, 而且食落味道濃郁, 酸酸甜甜, 幾好食~整體點心既質素差左, 短期內都唔會再去~
