To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 反而腸粉做得十分好,米漿皮薄得來有適當的韌度,透光的讓我們窺探到內裡的蝦春卷。就說了這裡的炸物很是出色,一點也不油膩,因此這腸粉加入了加分的炸春卷,絕對是滿分之作。

光吃點心好像不太夠飽,還是來個粉麵較為實際。這個賣相要扣少許分,但味道是一流的。沒想過沒有甚麼特別配料下,光是魚湯也可以讓我們讚嘆,是呈奶白色的鮮甜魚味。
加上特別的曲米粉,掛湯得來不會容易變漲,將魚湯的優勢發揮得淋漓盡致。配料有豬肉絲、銀芽、雪裏紅、蟹味菇和白玉菇,長度和大小都控制得宜,吃得舒服。

總括來說,能夠用這樣的價錢嘗到米芝蓮一星的中菜點心,且用來支持良心企業,實在值回票價。
