很久沒有來Al dente, 本身期待他們的麵包。但今次不是想像中的好，Ribeye 比outback 更差。雖然環境是舒服的比起中環，但女職員態度超欠奉，所以不會再來。唔知而家中環店會唔會仍然保持水準，記得上一次係好好服務及食品質素樣樣都好。

Love their pizza for long so book a table on Friday night. Not sure if their food is good or not caused when we were trying to order the food , the waiter ignored us and the manager yell to us , a restaurant manager yell to you on Friday dinner 😠go n enjoy the food with this kind of service🍻

Servers were rather rude and unpleasant. Waiting at the entrance, one of the western male servers not only ignored us at first, but afterwards also pointed at the exit; asking us to wait outside hastily. During the meal, we waited for over 40 minutes just for the steak and whilst we were still eating, they hurriedly put ice cream in front of us. 從前，不時在尖沙咀或中環的Al Dente吃午餐，因為在週末西餐午餐，一般不平宜，但這裡合理，質素也好。今年書展，Honey有新書出版，相約一班好友來支持。之後，就在會展附近的Al Dente晚飯，現在沙中線通車，在會展站一岀就是Al Dente，好方便。我在Openrice訂枱，到來的時候，餐廳其實還未滿座，但侍應安排在樓梯底的迫狹一角，座位好焗促，我想換餐廳中央，女侍應黑曬口面，一聲不響手指指示意我們自己坐。今晚我是宴請朋友的，真失禮！雖然受氣了，但晚餐確實不錯。4 courses dinner / $298+10%有湯 / 前菜 / 主菜 /甜品或咖啡湯是蕃茄雜菜湯，不太濃稠，不過，有點酸。前菜可以三選一。朋友點撒沙律配煙三文魚，他們都說好吃，沙律菜清新，又有芝士碎和雞蛋。我點青口，這個不好，好鹹，青口好細粒，實實的，只有鹹味。主菜方面：有一位朋友是回教徒，所以她點海鮮意粉。她說好好味，白汁好creamy，而且意粉煙韌度剛好，海鮮還有龍蝦肉呢！我和朋友都點：西冷牛扒 配 半邊龍蝦 配 炸薯條龍蝦和薯條都好味，但西冷扒呢？雖然好大塊，但我們點半熟，但煎得七成熟，太熟了，有點韌，不容

今日去灣仔酒店住宿， check in後去附近周圍覓食。 經過海港中心見到一直想食嘅餐廳， 今日終於同朋友入去一試。 餐廳近海， 我哋喺餐廳度一邊望住個海一邊食飯， 環境舒適心情開朗。 我同朋友各自點咗個lunch set， lunch set包括一個沙律主菜同一杯飲品或甜品。 我就點咗個煙鴨胸沙律同龍脷柳做主菜， 然後叫咗一杯凍檸茶。 煙鴨胸沙律唔會太肥， 沙律菜新鮮好食，份量適中。 至於個龍脷柳正常發揮， 但配菜比較燶， 份量都合理。 而我朋友嗌咗個肉眼扒做主菜， 叫咗五成熟， 不過塊扒有啲筋位咬唔開， 感覺一般唔算出色， 性價比低。

I ordered a Fettuccine Al Salmon and Lobster Risotto for dinner take out today. The Lobster Risotto would’ve been worth it’s price of $178 if the rice wasn’t undercooked…it was quite nice to find half of a lobster and a couple pieces of lobster meat and shrimp in the risotto but the meal was a bit ruined by the undercooked rice evident in the white middle of the rice still visible and it had a grainy texture. 餐廰唔多人，同朋友吹水好適合。價錢金理，叫左一個SALAD 一個PASTA，加埋佢有面包送，叫兩杯酒，就開心過左成晚。Al Dente 係灣仔好耐喇，次次經過都冇行入去，食過呢次感覺幾好呀，除左有幾隻蚊 XDD有機會會再去。

This restaurant is not so great. The service is not very bad but can be improved. In terms of food quality, the Caesar salad and vegetable soup in the lunch course is quite good. The veggies in the salad is very fresh. The sirloin steak in the main course is the worst. It is too hard and the texture is way too rough. One quarter of the steak is fat or way too hard which is inedible. It doesn’t worth $149. The coffee is too bitter and there isn’t any coffee taste present. Overall a 3/10 experienc

人人必點的菜式，令不愛海膽的我也要試一試！果然，吃後令我愛上此意粉。海膽有一小板放在意粉上，很吸引。醬汁現橙黃色，拌上海膽，鮮味更特岀。意粉醬汁濃稠，少辣帶鮮甜感，很喜歡。更推介當中的手工意粉，軟硬度剛好，帶小嚼勁，令我想下次又來。 [ BBQ ribs ]  價錢合理的ribs ,大大份上台! 雖貌相不算太過吸引，但令我大感驚喜。豬骨非常嫩滑，用刀輕輕，真的輕輕一切便可肉骨分離！且豬骨滿佈BBQ醬，味道和肉質較連鎖pizza店更好，我推介！

Al dente係意大利文 係形容意粉煮成有硬度仲有咬口嘅意思一直好想試真正嘅意粉🍝所以就黎試試❤️裏面環境好有氣氛好適合慶生或紀念日黎💕Dinner Set包沙律🥗餐湯🥣主菜同甜品性價比高👍🏻👍🏻.🌟Portobello mushroom 有一大舊大啡菇烤到好juicy又好彈牙💕入面包住菠菜蓉仲有芝士🧀番茄粒🍅係面頭食落好fresh☺️酸酸甜甜好開胃😍.🌟Ribeye steak & Lobster $298半邊龍蝦有簡單調味🦞食到原本嘅味道👍🏻肉眼扒好嫩😍而且好厚 好濃牛味🧡紅蘿蔔🥕茄子🍆烤到好香仲有蔬菜本來嘅清甜💕薯條炸到好香脆🍟唔會油膩👍🏻好值得一試😍.🌟煙肉蛋黃卡邦尼意粉 $138意粉好多汁💕卡邦尼汁比較甜食唔出用蛋黃整醬汁🍳煙肉份量好多但冇煎到脆 冇咩口感突顯唔到煙肉嘅油香意粉冇感覺煮到al dente嘅口感🙈.🌟甜品是日係tiramisu 但入面包嘅係香蕉🍌食落冇咁heavy❤️仲有香蕉天然甜味令甜品冇咁甜💕.

去完會展 行過見到呢晚西餐廳環境唔錯😎咁就入左去試下😉大部分waiter and waitress 都係外國人，要英文溝通🧐先講講佢個環境先，設計唔錯，都幾靚幾有特色🍾野食方面，首先有starter,有湯🍲 或者 沙律🥗 仲有件包🍞兩份starter都正正常常👍個湯都好味⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有少少咬口之後就係3個main course有魚🐠有羊🐏有牛🐂😋📌好普通既鯰魚（有啲失望）📌啲好似白汁既汁，冇乜味📌條魚有雪味📌性價比低📌羊夠羶味👍📌唔會太難咬📌一上枱有啲濃味📌五成熟📌牛味都重📌普通最後有杯靚coffee～都係冇咩特別🤓服務方面較為失色，啲侍應冇乜笑容，態度又差，好似唔想撈咁feel唔到被serve既感覺整體而言，環境ok，食物普通，服務麻麻😅食一次就夠😉

品嚐了不少次的西式餐廳，味道豐富，份量適當，甜品很好吃。最喜愛還有前菜及沙律！服務也挺好，員工好主動幫忙拍照。外籍經理健談及細心，會留意食客品嚐食物時有困難，會給予所需餐具幫忙及提點！一定會再來！

The service at this place is amazingly poor. I went for a lunch on a normal Saturday. The server or busboy told me the section in the back is closed when i came in. Long story short they eventually opened that section and by the time their food was served my steak was still nowhere to be seen... I complained. The busboy became so agitated and yelled we served you right... Unbelievable...

前幾日去書展，中途去咗lunch，間間餐廳都好多人，唯獨呢間唔使等位，咁就試咗呢間餐廳，青口意粉唔錯，燒春雞就較為普通，魷魚都可接受，整體普通可接受，職員質素有改善空間。

已經好幾年冇黎書展， 就算之前黎會展工作都係匆匆忙忙 。 食完就返去做，收工就返家今日難得黎書展運動展行下，下午已經book 晚飯來食。之前食過尖沙咀店覺得非常高質又掛著想再來。可惜，尖沙咀店已關門大吉有著期待的心，行完書展時間岩岩好，去問一些openrice 已訂位，🥶🥶但疑似老細的老外話佢地冇openrice 服務😳😳🍴好彩只坐了7成都有位比我，仲提我要等45mins 先有食物上台，好彩等17mins 已經上菜✅✅感覺老細同員工忙到一頭煙，門外不斷有客人，老細重覆又重覆要等45mins.希望香港人包容多d 餐飲及服務業朋友。性價比高的餐廳需要大家多多支持感覺非常圓滿，好食又環境舒服。價錢相宜又足料🍝（不過latte... 不好喝）
