一出筲箕灣地鐵站B出口,就被串燒嘅香味吸引,雖唔係肚餓,但都忍唔住買了一串沙爹牛。牛有少少乾,但個沙爹醬好好味,食一串有d唔夠喉😂,下次路過再幫襯其他串燒!支持香港小店! continue reading

朋友食過好食;有一日揸車遊車河去揾食,諗唔到去邊食。朋友就突然想起食串燒,便提議佢好耐無去的印尼沙嗲屋,一致決定後便起步前往。揸車人士不怕無地方泊車,因為附近有好多時租停車場和錶位,因當時晚飯黃金時段,所以附近錶位已滿便隨意進入停車場泊車,當日選擇了峻峰花園的敏記停車場泊車,停車場位置離印尼沙嗲屋只是一條街。去到沙嗲屋,是沒有堂食的,鋪面前放置了一個著了燈的餐牌,只要在餐牌選好了自己想要的美食,向在前方職員說你想要的美食,落好單付錢等叫號取便可。當日我們點了沙嗲豬、牛、雞各三串、沙嗲雞扒飯和沙嗲豬頸肉飯、碳燒魷魚鬚及燒白鱔,價錢合理唔貴。因為外賣無堂食,取餐後我們便駕車到山頂道的的涼亭享用美食,一開始先食了沙嗲牛肉串,每串肉串都好大好足料,每串都食到碳火既味道,最出色都係佢嘅沙嗲汁,感覺是自家調配,偏辣的,和平時吃到的沙嗲汁不同,相當特別。但最最最出色其實係燒白鱔,肉嫩味美,用燒既方法相當惹味,必點之一!最後評價係一間想起食串燒會先記得既食店之一🤤 continue reading

今日,我去咗間平平地嘅小店,心諗:「味道最緊要,裝修什麼的都係浮雲!」店內嘅沙爹串燒,一試愛上口。實不相瞞,我吃過好多間食沙爹,但呢度嘅料理方式,有種家庭式嘅貼心味道。🍢我揀咗三款肉類嘅沙爹 - 牛、羊、豬。牛肉沙爹嘅味道夠晒醇厚,俾人印象深刻;羊肉方面,夠哂肉味、唔會太羶,臘臘地嘅口感同沙爹醬嘅配合,簡直「正到彈」!豬肉嘅沙爹就真係令人回味無窮,肥瘦適中咁口感豐富,每啖咬落去都令人嗌「靚!」😋而且,店家嘅沙爹醬正宗到不得了,濃郁嘅花生香氣,同麻麻哋嘅微辣,真係百吃不膩。係咀嚼間,可以感受到肉質柔軟、汁液噴發,想點形容都覺得言不及意!嗲嗲地嘅甜,兜住辣和香,食咗一串又一串,真心覺得世界都美好咗。😍總之,呢家店嘅沙爹,絕對係街市隱世美食嘅代表。要評分嘅話,我會俾滿分逐顆星。可惜啲咩? 可惜,一個人只有一個胃,下次我一定要叫多幾個朋友,一齊嚟享受呢份實在嘅快樂!👍 continue reading

每次去東大街食嘢,一出地鐵站都會聞到一陣强勁嘅燒烤味,來自呢間印尼沙爹屋。今日等friend 未到又見難得唔駛排長龍,忍唔住試吓。串燒幾多嘢揀,價錢$11起跳,叫咗豬同牛試試,即叫即燒,離遠都見佢個炭爐火光熊熊!咖喱大中少辣任揀,叫咗少辣。店員俾汁份量極慷慨,成串串燒掛滿汁😍😍豬肉瘦得嚟易咬,牛肉有咬口,兩者肉質都幾好。沙爹醬濃度恰到好處唔會太稀,花生粒滿滿,口感甜得嚟有辣勁,肉就帶有濃烈嘅炭燒香味,一入口好食到停唔到口。雖說是街頭小店,質素勝過好多餐廳,難怪嚟買串燒嘅人未停過!如係串燒愛好者,經過筲箕灣絕對值得一試。 continue reading
