因為呢度啲嘢食太好食驚艷到我哋,所以我哋最後再加咗熱門菜式羊架。最面頭有兩件慢煮羊架,中間嗰層就隱藏咗一件大大舊嘅南乳羊肩,一絲絲超級嫩,最底仲配上咗爽脆嘅生菜。成道菜用咗羊腩煲嘅概念去整,但係用西式嘅方法展現出嚟,鹹甜平衡得好好,超級有驚喜!

一上到去,第一個感覺是:嘩!好靚呀! !連等候入座嘅時候都會被安排喺梳化度等,所以我地就喺度打吓卡😆

個餐牌好吸引,我都好認同當中所講嘅。唔單止咁,裏面啲故事仲好熟悉,配嘅酒嘅種類都好夾。我就叫咗杯四大美人,真係超好飲!fruity又易入口,正!我嘅朋友就叫左杯千與千尋,佢話都幾好飲嘅!(但我冇試過,就唔方便喺度講有咩感覺😅)

飲酒嘅,就一定會叫啲煎炸嘢送吓酒啦!個人覺得黑松露芝士薯條的薯條太乾身,但個自家製黑松露醬好好食!出乎意料之外,他們的自家製薯波非常好吃!下次一定會再encore😋

最正嘅係竟然真係有「皮蛋意大利飯」,我之前喺大圍與瑪嘉烈系列嘅書之中見過,最近ViuTV又播「𢇁絲」,所以,我見到這道菜式嘅時候,我忍唔住問個侍應,是真的嗎?食落都幾有驚喜,感覺有啲似皮蛋瘦肉粥。🤣

Carbonara係經典嘅,同正宗嘅意大利菜一樣,冇落cream,淨係落蛋漿同芝士碎,但係我覺得最點睛的是那個燒豬腩肉條,煎得勁香,令到成個意粉錦上添花!😋🥰😋
