There is a hidden restaurant on Nathan Road that specializes in fusion western food and will transform into a bar with a full atmosphere at around 9pm.

The waiting area at the entrance of the restaurant, the corridor, the dining area, the outdoor area and even the toilet are check-in areas. Use pink neon lights as the main tone and adopt a semi-Continental design. Although it seems to have nothing to do with the name, this is their characteristic.

When you open the menu, you'll find a lot of creative dishes. Even the cocktails are named after China's four beauties or famous painters.

Tofu Pork Pork definitely a try. Grilled pork belly, tamagoyaki tofu in the middle layer, caramelized sweet onions in the lower layer, and homemade puree tofu as decoration. Three levels and four tastes. Preserved egg risotto has a smaller preserved egg flavor than expected. Maybe it’s because you want to cater to Western tastes? Basically, except for the preserved egg paste on top, it feels the same as a regular risotto. Personally, I suggest you eat preserved eggs if you call it a favorite. You can make the flavor of preserved eggs bolder.

Roasted horsehead fish with standing scales. This one is a fusion of Japanese cooking methods. Pour the boiling oil on the fish scales, and each fish scale will shine brightly. The fish is rich in fat and can be eaten with the homemade assorted green pepper paste to achieve a good balance. and finish the night with the Coconut mousse dessert 🍨
