和數名友人步入餐廳。已經被海境吸引,而且今晚夜景清晰,在這裡用餐實在太讚了~前菜的花生也很好吃,很脆,而且花生面沾滿了海苔,很特別~酸辣土豆,不是炒得特別好吃,酸味和辣味也不特別出色,酸味也蓋過辣味。。不夠乾身,太多水份茶樹茹炒羊肉,普普通通,不夠香。。火方也不特別出色,沒有驚喜。。片皮鴨,友人說餐廳做得不錯,沒有鴨酥味。。全餐我比較推薦的是羊肉串和臭豆腐,羊肉串很香,肉質juicy,又不太乾,孜然,辣味出色,真想再吃,喜歡吃羊的。一定要試,臭豆腐很臭,但份量太細。。。一碟只有4小件。。。份量太小了。。。

You do not want to walk in to a restaurant where the Fried Rice Tastes like one thing one day then something else the next day or is over-cooked one day and under-cooked another! Over here, what you see is what you get. What you remember the taste being is what you will taste. Fried Rice Tastes like Fried Rice. NO Shocks/Surprises here. I am not going to recommend any particular dishes, primarily because I’ve tried too many from my many trips here! NO – you are not going to get any of the “scrumptious & delicately textured meat with the perfect amount of ripe juice to tickle the palate” as you do with some Finer (+more expensive) places BUT that’s not why you go to this place! You go to this place for a Lively Meal with People you can actually communicate with while overlooking a great view that is tough to match, munching on Good Quality Comfort Food.

Pièce de résistance:
The VEGETARIAN menu. Great Veg Menu. AND the Level of Co-Operation.
Proper Veg Dim Sums – unlike most other places this veg Dim Sum is truly veg. I know of some other places which have Egg in the Batter. Not this.
ALSO, the management is very co-operative & happy to customize dishes at your command. With Family we constantly make variations to the dishes!
“Put this, not that, change this, add that, etc etc”
Even some so called “””””Michelin-Star”””” places do not display this level of Co-Operation & Satisfactory Portion & Quality!

Conclusion:
Why are you still reading?? ;) GO. EAT. 


P.S.: Helps to book a table in advance! Showing up for a table is not a good idea if you do not like waiting.

一行9人前來食生日飯,己一早訂位,驚喜的是在無特別要求下也為我們提供了獨立房間,坐得舒適,值得一讚!胡同辣子雞($98)有辣椒、松子葱同雞等材料,不算辣,但感覺不夠鑊氣。薄餅這個是鹹的,夠香脆,但味道無特別。香炸臭豆腐($72)又香又脆,正~但得4舊,太少。蘭花寶石豆腐($128)其實就係玉子豆腐上加上XO醬,配西蘭花,味道唔錯。金粟雞米(跟川穹鏝頭)($110)有粟米、肉碎、葱等材料炒成,似生菜嘅餡料,但就用個半圓嘅包盛著食,有創意。反轉個包,其實係有窿比你放餡料。北京烤鴨2食第一食配以芝麻圓叉子及薄餅包著片鴨及配料食。薄餅皮薄,包著吃非常夾,而鴨亦不肥,啱啱好,份量亦算多!其他店好少將片皮鴨配叉子,而鴨與叉子嘅配合亦麻麻,因叉子比較乾,食落唔夠juicy。第二食就係將鴨絲炒肉碎,如生菜包般,無特別!甜品選了3款拔絲香蕉高力豆沙唔記得呢個咩名,但3款甜品唧味道都一般。不試也無損失。

春節期間,找地方吃飯絶對不是一件容易的事,好在有好朋友幫手籌備,以致無需擔憂便可以安舒地在食肆內享用食物。這次是第一次到iSquare的高層,真難怪坐窗邊要特別預約並設最低消費,因為在這麼高的地方向維港望出去,真的是此刻無價。雖然是次沒有臨窗而坐,但已經很滿足了。而食物的質素也不錯。先說小食,這款紫菜花生頗有特色,微咸之餘又有紫菜味,真的是開胃的飯前小吃。而四冷盤也不煌多讓當中特別徧愛的是雞絲粉皮,可能因為近日活雞停售,家中也沒有雞吃,所以特別滋味。到熱葷時的第一味也很美味,就是龍井蝦仁味道清得來又不會過淡,一開始吃便已經停不了口。另一款較深刻印象的是恭親王羊腩單看外表還以為是素鵝來的,但吃下去後才知道原來羊味十足,但不覺羶,是製羊肉的最高境界,很好。到最後當然是甜品,北方的代表當然就是酒釀丸子為了應節,加了桔仔。看上去是多了一點色彩,但味道就一般了,因為桔仔有點酸,放在甜品內更覺不合。而這碗酒釀丸子的甜湯較為俗了一點,及不夠桂花,因此吃不出那種淡雅的感覺,要改善一下。

我們一路看看有咩好食,本來有諗過叫套餐,不過朋友想飲酸辣湯,所以就冇叫啦. 我們散叫左

一客酸辣湯,不酸不辣的,感覺麻麻地
雞絲粉皮,麻醬分開上的,雞絲,青瓜絲及粉皮,但係好像少了一點. 只是一般
毛豆百頁雪菜,呢個都幾豐富,有好多毛豆,幾粉幾好味呀,雪菜都好味,唔會好咸味,百頁好食呀,呢個配撘幾好,清清地.
小龍包,可以點五隻的,都算薄的,入面既肉唔會太多,不過湯少左少少.
片皮鴨一鴨兩食,先嚟鴨肉配薄餅及叉子,幾特別,有兩款食去,鴨肉都好香,唔算好肥,但薄餅失色左,厚左少少呀,叉子則好香口,有甘笋絲,青瓜,大葱,加埋一齊食都好味的,份量都好多呀.
另一個鴨肉係選左生菜包,但係等左好耐,追了幾次先嚟,可能漏左,這個鴨肉好香呀,加埋一塊生菜一齊食,生菜超爽口,好好味喎.
我們還點左甜品,高力豆沙,可以每人一粒,酒釀丸子,高力豆沙的糖及士多啤梨醬都分開上,其實係幾好的,可以自己食自己的口味,但係糖咁樣分開,好難整到好均勻,食唔番果個高力豆沙的感覺. 入面的豆沙唔算好多. 酒釀丸子好香,份量都唔少,入面有些鉗肉,好特別,呢個唔錯呀.

我地坐係度傾計都坐左好耐先走. 服務,環境,價錢都幾OK的一餐.

Other Info. : 是日有朋友生日,訂咗位都等成30分鐘,其他冇訂位嘅都入曬座,要追佢,佢仲要惡過我地話要check, check先 。好啦,卒之有位啦,因訂位時已經訂咗片皮鴨,但係又冇講話可以有2食,等我地食完曬先話個鴨殻加錢可以2食,玩咩大佬,已經食到飽曬點2食呀 !好啦,2食就2食啦,又話炒鴨絲會跟生菜,到咗問佢地啦,離譜到佢話佢冇講過話有,仲講到好似我地屈佢添 !真係火都嚟埋,咁咪叫佢搵經理過嚟啦,佢點之搵個掃把過嚟,做咩啫,我要搵經理呀,你叫個掃把過嚟做咩!但係原來個經理都好難搵,要等成十幾二十分鐘先嚟,嚟到仲唔係要熄事寧人,仲要想解釋話大家有啲誤會,其實背後係想話唔好再屈,大佬、幾塊生菜啫,我地仲要成枱人聽到佢話有,咁唔算屈呀?最後卒之要講咗好耐佢先至好唔願意咁比番我地,唉!食飯啫,都仲要咁勞氣!仲有,之前我地叫佢換下骨碟,嘩!佢地個態度差到呢,好似好唔願意咁!啲眼神仲要好卑視㖭!仲有同1個waitress,我地10個人叫3壼茶,唔係好過份啫,佢都係比之前D態度。\r\n好啦,我講到依道,我諗大家都好想知道依餐飯食咗幾錢,係食咗2千幾嘅,包括咗每位15大元嘅茶錢,至於食物質素,我只係可以講我只會比65分,終合以上嘅points,小弟一定唔會再光顧依間餐館!亦留待各位決定啦,謝謝!

一行十二人到I Square 朝午膳,同事點了一個六人填鴨餐及四人午餐。各餸菜都有水準,其中值得讚的包括醉乳鴿,豆板魚,雲吞雞等等。雖然有些菜略為greasy, 多油,well, 因為京滬菜麻。我其中一位同事勁喜歡其中一個套餐的甜品- mango or blue berry cheese cake.這餐館的套餐份量真的很大,我們全枱人一般認為四人餐足夠六至八人食用。 我們終於要pack走兩大盒食物。廚房上菜很慢,落單後四十分還未上哂所有菜。最後其中一個套餐的甜品,遲遲都未出,等多足十五至二十分鐘,問咗四次都未到。最後送來的不是menu的酒釀丸子,而是疑似腐竹蛋花糖水,無服務員向我們交待。呢幾碗所謂糖水,不知所謂,腐竹根本未煮好!

一鴨可以有兩食,炒鴨鬆生菜包或是鴨肉煲湯都得,大家還是喜歡吃生菜包,而且套餐仲有雲吞雞湯呢!鴨肉炒得幾香口,連同爽脆新鮮的生菜包同吃,是令人滿意的。

再來的水晶蝦仁,用上是細細隻的小河蝦,最怕有些地方用大蝦來瞎弄,完全破壞風味。這一味,爽口彈牙,又保留鮮味,根本不用沾任何醬汁,吃原來才是最好。

因為桌面上太多東西,侍者幫大家在旁分好雲吞雞再奉上給我們。看上去是足料,每人可分到兩至三粒雲吞,也有滿滿的菜。先呷口湯,沒預期中的清甜,味道偏淡口的,幸而雲吞的質素卻不是太差。

仲有豆酥桂魚,半條的。說起這味,還記得蘇淅滙的豆酥魚今年是得獎的,雲陽閣的出品也是不錯,至於這裡的,桂魚肉嫩滑是理所當然,豆酥亦是乾身,不過就唔夠香,是美中不足的地方。

另外點的豆腐餃子,賣相已令人欣喜,薄薄的豆腐包裹著清香的菜茸,功夫到家,味道亦很不錯,如果芡汁可以薄身一點,就會更加迷人。但,整體而言,我是幾欣賞這一道菜的。

套餐有跟甜品,可揀酒釀丸子和高力豆沙,商議過後要了前者,這兒的酒釀丸子也交到功課,至少是有桂花的清香,小丸子亦口感煙韌,沒太多投訴。

在美景下跟好友聚頭,絕對會是令人開心的理由,希望不久將來又可以再一起吃飯打波耍樂。
