母親節大餐,決定去試個Brunch + Free Flow,聽講呢間Huso性價比都幾高,就決定嚟呢間探店。餐廳位於石板街酒店大堂,餐廳職員安排我們坐在corner落地大玻璃窗位置,感覺自成一角,而且餐廳裝修充滿歐式風格,絕對適合打卡。🍴Dior Egg這道菜擺盤相當靚,用香檳啫喱包著流心蛋,再喺啫喱上面加上caviar,口感都很清新,而家加上caviar,場面相當震撼。🍴 Hokkaido Scallop•Ahi Tuna•Beef Tartare•Burrata with Arugula & Cherry Tomatoes 煎香嘅北海道帶子,香口彈牙,再加上caviar, 能帶出咸鮮的味道。吞拿魚經過微微煎香,外層再鋪上黑椒碎,甘香美味。生牛肉他他,生牛肉混入香口的洋蔥碎和醬汁,再加上一塊細小薄脆,味道香濃。意大利半軟芝士伴火箭菜、番茄仔配上意大利黑醋,這道菜口感層次豐富。🍴Linguine Red Prawn紅蝦的肉質鮮美,口感嫩滑,蝦的鮮美的味道滲透到意大利麵中,使整道菜品都充滿了蝦的鮮味。🍴 Roasted Free Range Chicken with mushroom risotto 雞肉經過烤焗後既有外皮的酥脆又有肉質的嫩滑,配合埋甘香鮮甜的磨菰意大利飯,簡直是絕配。🍦 招牌魚子醬軟雪糕這個甜品應該只是這間餐廳可以食到。軟雪糕很滑溜,味道甜中帶咸,口感幾特別。 continue reading

今天好開心😀☺️我的同事帶我去了一家他經常光顧的飯堂,就是位於石板街酒店1樓的意大利餐廳,名為Huso。要進入這家餐廳,首先要穿過酒店的大堂,感覺非常優雅,充滿歐洲風情。左邊擺放了一些小盆栽,還有一盞精美的坐地燈,一個溫暖的黃色燈光為波浪形和不規則六角形的地磚增添了特別的氛圍,而前台的牆上掛著插畫。我們坐在靠窗的座位,點了四道菜。首先是蟹肉芒果沙拉和凱薩沙拉配帕瑪火腿。蟹肉芒果沙拉非常精緻,蟹肉呈圓形,上面鋪滿了碎芒果,周圍還加上了三顆蕃茄,整道菜看起來非常美觀。蟹肉和芒果的味道完美結合,另外沙拉很新鮮,口感爽脆,加上帕瑪火腿的味道非常美味。接下來是龍蝦湯,湯的味道非常濃郁,裡面還有一塊龍蝦肉!主菜是炸鱸魚,外皮炸得很脆,配菜還有豆角和烤車厘茄。鱸魚的味道非常出色,而我同事很喜歡的鴨腿油封馬鈴薯泥,鴨皮非常脆,柑橘汁增添了鴨腿的味道,鴨肉多汁,聞起來非常香,這道菜絕對值得推薦!最後是甜品,這裡的招牌signature甜品非常獨特,它是一球🍦北海道牛奶軟雪糕,頂上再加上魚子醬🍦而內裹有香檳🍾啫喱,非常😱驚喜,好有創意好好食值得一讚,每一位服務員都非常殷勤細緻,他們對每道菜都耐心解釋,態度非常有禮貌,讓我感受到賓至如歸的感覺,因我的同事都是他的常客,我感受到他們對客人的溫馨關懷!4 COURSES 4道菜 $388: 包括,頭盤湯,主菜,和甜品STARTER頭盤🔹Crab Meat with Mango Salad. 🦀蟹肉芒果沙拉🔹 Caesar Salad. 歐式奢華設計,建議由酒店正門入。可以用餐前打下卡,以香檳及魚籽醬為賣點。我點左氣泡酒,還可以。麪包上來時微熱。前菜賣相吸引,帶子配魚子醬最夾,沙律芝士香濃,吞拿魚咸鮮味亦唔錯。呢個Dior egg賣相好靚,味道似流心蛋果凍。主菜加左錢食紅蝦意粉及牛扒,紅蝦意粉不建議加錢食,味道唔算鮮,唔特別香濃,牛扒就唔錯,牛味重,亦相當淋。意粉份量都好多👍全餐最好味係呢個tiramisu! 芝士味超級濃,配搭咖啡、朱古力味粉,好襯!呢個有得食,一定要試。呢個要加$38軟雪糕魚子醬比是日甜品tiramisu比下去,唔洗加錢試。結論係,食好嘢唔一定要加錢。餐廳嘅服務係非常好,值得讚。見我哋叫咗牛扒,主動加左杯紅酒,仲不停添。 continue reading
