另外炸物就order左海膽大葉,嘩!真係、正到冇朋友,痴線架!小編我第一次order呢個海膽大葉、真係下次又係must order item!今晚d野食真係超左以往水準!不論食物or服務、超曬班。我雖然唔係常客,但間唔時都會黎食下佢地既串燒,其實一向都中上水準既、服務都係既,但今晚真係有些少感覺去左日本,又多server又細心又有禮貌、又有兩個疑似經理、d態度真係超越五星級酒店、真係做權八曬左佢地!

饅魚鍋飯: 饅魚飯的饅魚、米粒同醬汁是好重要,權八在饅魚同飯做得不錯,饅魚肉結實有彈性而且肥美,表面有一陣微微的焦香味,入口即溶的油脂感,米粒煙韌有咬口,飯中有飯焦,飯焦的脆沾上饅魚汁再配一口饅魚,食第一口就停唔到口。

芝麻雪糕:  芝麻味很重,入口很滑,完全不像超市某幾個品牌的雪糕。

雖然食物款式普通一點,但質量做得唔錯,特別是坐在戶外食日本菜,感覺十分新鮮。

1) grilled eel with minced chicken and pickled leaf mustard rice bowl set - not only the eel was large enough to span across the bowl, it was so flavorful when mixed with the eel sauce and even better with the minced chicken and rice

3) saikyo style grilled halibut set - the halibut was grilled to perfection with a delicately sweet flavor

_為每道晚餐了了畫上句號的甜品心太軟只可說皮脆,也只限皮脆,皮脆下沒有綿的口感,更像朱古力脆皮包着流心朱古力,只是甜,對些甜對日本人可能是剛好,但對我來說,實在過份了,再舆芝麻雪榚同吃,只是甜上加甜,芝麻雪榚味道全被濃朱古力流心蓋了,只是得甜,名附其實的甜品。這店食品水準巳失當年勇只流於環境,装修和服務,可說是華而不實,欠了點對食物的熱誠,吃了三仟元的晚餐,有很多選擇。

第一次造訪權八,一進場就愛上了。首先地方大,就算沒有限聚令也不會逼。我好怕串燒餐廳大味,食完後混身燒烤味,但權八的通風做得好好,食完後完全無殘留食物的味道。食物方面最令我驚喜的是燒芝士,雖然此菜好多日本餐廳都有,但權八選用 smoked cheese,那股煙熏味道與燒烤配搭一流。懂得用成本較高的 smoked cheese 而不用廉價 processed cheese,,從而可知餐廳對食材有要求。另一個必食就是燒牛脷,只用中間最嫩的部分來燒,外脆內軟,一端上桌香味就撲鼻而來。Last but not least 就是燒墨魚嘴。這道菜非常少有,因為一個墨魚只有一個小小的嘴,要好多條墨魚才能有一串。此外,墨魚嘴很小,燒得快會焦,燒得慢就不脆。師傅掌握時間一流,好有心機燒到剛剛好。服務周到,個個有笑容,自動加茶及收拾,完全不用舉手。最窩心的是臨走拍照時,服務員一手拿著我們的電話,另一手用自己手機在後面打燈。我們追問下得知原來是經理教她的。連拍照技巧都教導,可知從管理層到前線都如何細心,實在難得,抵贊!

x看到這個廚師發板的套餐買一送一優惠,所以早陣子便孖老公仔一起去試試。 第一道前菜蔥油牛重瓣脆片沙律挺好吃的,脆卜卜的。 第二道也不錯,新鮮。 接著來的和牛壽司味道幾好,而且挺滑的。 燒牛舌和蒜片安格斯正常水平,茶碗蒸ok。 和牛壽喜燒最好吃, 可惜份量不多,( 而且忘了拍照)。 免治牛舌芝士棒不是我的口味,試了一口不喜歡,老公幫我消滅它。甜品好味。整個餐其實味道也可以的,但是分量不多, 沒有什麼飽肚的東西,其實可以再來一碗小烏冬或者小炒飯之類的。會員優惠買一送一,以品質、味道、份量看這個價錢算勉強可以吧,如果再貴一點就不值了。

接待員態度惡劣。本人持兩張晚餐coupon, 但因疫情關係,權八晚上六時後關門,問能否午餐時使用;接待員以惡劣的態度拒絕。用過午膳後,再問經理能否使用手上coupon, 答案:可以。此接待員從來不會掛著半絲😊容,假若不是本人在Lee Garden 工作,貪圖方便,本人絕對不會幫襯。
